I walked in wearing casual clothing fully intending to buy some high end sunglasses, and none of the staff acknowledged me even though the store was empty and I inquired about a pair of glasses and the employee barely listened to me. Customer service is awful! Only good thing is glasses they are very nice.

Easy to schedule, nice and friendly. Been going here for years. Best part is they're honesty when helping you pick a pair of glasses. If it doesn't look good, they'll tell you! 10/10, there's even an option to fit the lenses in frames not from them, you just have to get them cut to size (for free!) at a different place.

I first came here in 2015 to get a pair of glasses. I brought my prescription with me. Now in 2018, I decided I needed a new eye doctor so I went to Dr. Tim Birtwhistle. I very much enjoyed my eye doctor visit. The person who checked me in was efficient, professional, and easy to have a discussion with. She took the time to understand my questions and talked to me without distraction. The tech who gave me the initial part of the exam also was not distracted and explained everything to me that was happening. She was very personable and a pleasure to be around. Dr. Birtwhistle explained everything I was seeing (and not seeing) to me along with excellent explanations on why. He, like the others, made it clear that I was his top priority while we were together. I had questions, he listened and answered them all. After the exam, I purchased new glasses and the good experience continued. The people helping me with the glasses were not pushy at all. They let me take my time in finding the glasses I wanted (it turned out that the ones they initially picked out were my favorite). I felt welcome. Everyone there helped, did their job very well and were all very intelligent, professional, and friendly. I would recommend this location to others (I already did)! PS - I especially like the machine that makes it possible to not get my eyes dilated!

The best in health care. Every detail of the visit both clinical and retail explained with no hard sell. Highly recommend.

The staff is very nice and well informed. They have the latest styles in frames. Dr. R. Lopez is an excellent oncologist, he will take good care of you.

I went to TLC Eyewear to get my new glasses and the Optician was very friendly and helpful! She helped me pick out frames that fit just right and were perfect for me. They have a great selection of frames to choose from, including designer frames and the service was very quick. I got my glasses back with a few days. I would highly recommend TLC Eyewear to all my friends and family!

I wasn't believing in the reviews I read, because it were were TOO amazing for being true. However, after I visited the place, I can confirm that it is all all true! Dr. Jones is super patient and professional. He also explained all the information during the exam with lots of details. The appointment was on-time and very quick. They also have nice eyeglasses options. Will be back for sure.

Peter is awesome. Somehow I managed to 1) break the corner of my existing frame such that new frames were a foregone conclusion and 2) find someone within a few blocks of our house who could actually do the work. Give these folks a shot, seriously. :)

We went to Chicago for the air show and my glasses broke, he fixed it for us in less than an hour. Great service!

Dr. Zehra is the best doctor I have ever been to. She really knows what she's doing.

Great selection of glasses and the prices are fantastic. Additionally, I was told they rotate the selection frequently so definitely lots of options. But the service could use a lot of improvement (my complaints are detailed below if it’s of interest to anyone). I’d go again to get the glasses I loved but maybe I’ll try one of the other locations. My biggest complaint was the assistance I received in the store. I asked about a range of prices for prescription sunglasses and they said they didn’t feel comfortable quoting any sort of price without my prescription (I understand that but I specifically asked for an estimated range not exact pricing). So I asked another question, I didn’t know anything about different lenses for sunglasses so I asked if someone could explain the differences to me and I was treated like an idiot. The woman who I asked was fairly rude and behaved as though my question was a stupid one. But I loved the look of the glasses so when she suggested I leave my information so they could make a note of the glasses I liked that way I could find them easily when I came back, I said “okay”. She asked for my name and birthday and phone number, when I said I wasn’t comfortable providing my birthday for her note she behaved as though I’d once again said something idiotic and insisted initially before finally letting me leave just a phone number and name.
