Staff was very rude and pushy. They didn't even assist with the issue I came in with. Avoid this location very poor customer service. Disappointing as I have had great experiences with the brand in the past.

I broke my glasses and needed to purchase a replacement immediately because I wear glasses full-time and have a strong prescription. The optician and everyone at this location were so helpful and knowledgeable! I purchased my glasses on a Friday evening and they were ready the following Tuesday afternoon. Excellent and fast service! I’ll return for future frames and lenses!

The selections of designer frames here are stylish and unique. I've purchased two frames here already. Also, their advanced lense fitting machine is more accurate than having to do it manually. This is from experience from someone that wear progressives. All the staff is super nice, knowledgeable and very helpful. Great place!!!

From now on I think this will be the only place I'll ever get glasses. I was quoted $150 to replace one lens from a place by my work. I called Sol Optix, where I got the glasses in the first place, and they quoted me $50. I went in and even bought a pair of prescription sunglasses. They don't try to up-sell, they let you make your own decisions, and have a selection that puts other stores to shame. Just the other day I was imagining a glasses store with tons more options than the usual stores, which seem to have limited selection to not overwhelm some buyers. This place has tons of cases with LOTS of frames! You can see different brands, styles, colours... it's exactly what I dreamed of but told myself no glasses store would do. After two times a success, they've won my trust. Thanks guys!

Great knowledgeable staff and fabulous frames

Been going there for years, the owner is friendly and professional. Have a decent sized selection, carry many brand names, always been able to find something I liked.

I’m sure the doctors are great there, however, their receptionists or whoever answers the phone is completely clueless. I was put on hold as soon as my call was answered for 10 minutes, when I hung up and phoned back, someone answered not with “hello” but with “thank you for holding”. Okay then... When I proceeded to tell him I have an appointment on Saturday for an eye exam and I need to know if they can direct bill to my insurance provider, I was then asked how long it’s been since my last eye exam. Why does that matter? All in all, I cancelled my appointment.

I have been going to the Occulist for the past seven years at least (the last three pairs of frames). The selection is excellent and the service outstanding. Don knows exactly the pair of glasses for me - I don't even have to look through the store - his first recommendation is always spot on! My wife loves the service and products here too. Best in town.

Some one needs to tell the staff to not approach a customer and talk to them with food still in there mouth. That's just bad manners. Also stop following ppl like everyone is out to steal.
