Flooring

I am a realtor and Canada hardwood services all my clients when they need work done on their floors. Impecable jobs that are done before you know it.

Very knowledgeable and service is second to none

Extremely helpful, my go to paint store!

Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of choices. Shop is nicely organized.

Great Job, Justin and his crew were up to the task of our 30 x 4.5 foot feature wall. Great problem solvers, great detail, beautiful finished product. Thank you

Jay really helped us out with picking our new flooring. He was really knowledgeable about laminate flooring and the benefits of different underlays. He helped us buy a matching transition piece that worked with our other room’s flooring. It was a no pressure sale and he was very courteous! I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to share that we didn’t have the same experience at all!

Really happy with our purchase from Amazon Hardwood. Judy was very friendly and helpful and our floors couldn't be more gorgeous!

They do not put a great deal of effort into fulfilling online orders. They act like they are doing you a favor and often do not ha eyhe orders together even after you get a text or an email saying your order is ready. The attitude is tough take.

I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Payne's. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. I asked Bill Jr. to explain why my floor squeaks . He got frustrated, called me an a@#hole and said "see you in court". They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.

Service was awful and made me feel like a criminal and wasted my time with their "hassle free price match" they looked for any excuse to deny my purchase that Canadian tire clearly had no problem assisting me with, and I heard 3 people in the 45mins I wasted at the service desk rant about how they will never shop there again because of the service they refused to provide. I have had countless unhelpful and absolute disregard for my business and will be canceling my commercial account with this establishment.

We recently had hardwood floors sanded and refinished by Dave and his crew. We are absolutely thrilled with the results; the floors look amazing!! We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to have their floors refinished.

I needed a replacement cap for an echo weed-wacker, it was in stock and easy to find.
