Flooring

I love Home Depot, don't get me wrong, I've been coming to the stafford location for years. However; just recently I purchased some paint but the person who sold it to me gave me the wrong kind, and it completely ruined my furniture that I was restoring. I tried returning it but they don't accept returns on Paint.

Great Service and excellent price. They have so many choices and Mr Kakar provided excellent service and answered all my questions for selecting carpet for my living room, stairs, hall way and bedrooms.

Over the years I have used several Carpet Stores. Select Carpet & Floor has been, by far, the best experience. Fred is extremely knowledgable, patient and friendly. Top of the line carpet at a reasonable price. The Installers were fantastic. The installation on the stairs was extremely difficult due to the 48 wooden Spindels (no extra charge) and the wider than normal staircase. I strongly recommend Select Carpet & Floor for all your flooring needs.

Great place

Pleasant Experience and would highly recommend. Installers were always on time and kind. Owner Jesse was always involved with making sure the process was smooth and we were satisfied. Great company!

15 years ago J & J refinished most of the original hardwood floors in our 1952 home. We kept carpet over the floor in the one room we did not have refinished, but the carpet is gone now and I can easily see the difference (see photos: not refinished on the left, refinished on the right). I admit that I do not take great care of my floors, so I am very satisfied with the work the J & J did given that we are a fairly active family of four with two dogs. I recommend J & J highly given that their work has stood the test of time. It looks to me the 1 star given by the other reviewer is from a competing refinishing company.

It'$ cool, everything you would expecy.

Couldn't be happier with our overall experience with the Floor Center. This was our first home improvement project in our home and we had no idea where to start. We went in and spoke with Kevin and right away knew we were going to work with him. Not only was the price great but he was very personable and very knowledgeable with any questions we had with hardwood floors. Other places were very pushy and it was nice to finally find somewhere that we were able to ask any questions and make sure we were getting everything we paid for. I love our floors! Our next floor project we will definitely be back with the Floor Center again! Thank you for everything!

Celtic Flooring worked on our office space floors and we were very satisfied with the work they performed. I was very particular about the look I wanted and they were able to meet my expectations. Floors turned out great!!!!

Great to work with

We had a problem at a different location but a manager at this location solved our issue and was very professional.

I was looking for some carpet tiles and some boxes of base cove and I was told they could get it but he didn’t have time to f$&@ with my order at the time. He also said they are not a full blown retail store. Horrible customer service, I don’t understand how this people stay open. They were 3 people on their desk when I walked in, they all saw me but decided to ignore me until I asked for a sales rep, I was told “we do and we don’t have one. What do you need?”
