Flooring

Outstanding customer service and excellent, high quality work. Great company to work with; so accommodating to our needs and schedule ...as I know they have been with others. Highly recommend!

Once again had a wonderful experience here at Mike's Flooring in Vienna. Super professional and friendly and my salesman Craig Chick gave me a great price. I've used Mike's in the past for my business as well. Can't say enough good things.

I saw their services in the web and went to their shop for their assistance. They have a good selection of floor coverings in their shops and even give specials on several occasions. It was really a great experience for us at Vienna Floors!

A beautiful store, but, as always, a disappointment as a hardware store. We went specifically to purchase the annual charcoal sale. It was right there by the door. But we always have a nagging homeowner's list. First, wanted night lights. A search failed, could not get any help. So we searched for a spray bottle. Nope, headed to the checkout, found a sales person. The answer, no lights, no bottles, "our store is too small". Why bother...

These guys did a beautiful job with my hardwood floor installation. I watched them do a lot of the installation and I could tell that they were really paying attention to detail. They started on time and they got it done in one day. Thank you all so much, the purchasing process went very smooth and the price was great too. I'm ready to do flooring on another level of my house I will be calling you guys soon, thank you again.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at any store, ever. I placed an order for 4 sets of blinds online for store pick-up, thinking it would save me time and I could just grab and go after work. This was done at about 9AM. I received an email stating that most orders are done in 2 hours and that I would receive a confirmation email once my order was ready for pickup. 7 hours later, when I was about to leave work, still no response or word from the staff. I called the number listed on Google and on their web page--no response. I was on hold for over an hour as I drove to the store and even as I walked in. The customer service reps were standing around and talking and provided no explanation as to why nobody was answering my calls. For the next twenty minutes, the rep called around, trying to figure out what was wrong with my order. They asked if these were custom-cut blinds. Nope. Default sizes, straight out of the box. One of the workers from the blinds department even came to the front desk, right across from me, and CALLED ME. Lo and behold, the same store number worked, so I know they didn't change it. They just didn't feel like picking up my calls. It turns out that only 1 of the 4 items I ordered was in stock. At no point, during the entire day, did any of the workers think to call me and let me know. I was standing at the front desk for about 50 minutes, at which time they called a store in Annandale and told me that 3 of the blinds could be picked up there for free. So I got to drive from Fairfax Corner to Annandale at 6:00 PM on a Tuesday night after work. The Annandale location was 100% better at customer service and was able to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes, no questions asked. A trip that should have been a 5-minute detour from my drive home ended up being a 3-hour ordeal. Absolutely horrible.

I had UFDC remodel 2 of my bathrooms with tile that looked like hardwood. I am very happy with the final installation, they installed the Ditra-heat for me on the larger master bath and we couldn't be happier. There electrician took great measures so the thermostat worked accordingly and out of reach from our children. We had never done any type of remodel before so we did not now what to expect. After getting estimates from 6 different companies their pricing and attention to every detail made us go with them. I would use Unique on any of my future projects. Suzie and staff took great measures to keep up with all details and easy to reach at any time, while Jamal and installers were in my house.

Best customer service, even after five years after installation! Masoud has taken exceptional care of our needs, as well as those of our family and friends. Highest recommendation!

Great place, nice and big, well stocked. Staff is helpful, the layout makes it easy to find things.

Outstanding service

We were very happy with Dulles Kitchen and Bath!! Things turned out great, and everything was done within the time that we were told, and they did a great job cleaning up each day. I would definitely recommend them to others! Sinan was a great project manager and VERY organized, and Baha helped us greatly with picking things out.
