First my wife and I had terrible experience from one of the associates; who completely under estimated us as well as ignored us in the store. The issue was brought to the notice of Store Manager Craig and he personally went 'above and beyond' at the spot and took care of us very professionally to our satisfaction. It's unfair if I do not mention Shana, JJ and Sandra. All these associates were involved and they gave us excellent service to keep us as Lowe's valuable customers. Again thanks to Craig, Shana, JJ and Sandra.

We had all the hardwood replaced in our 45 yo house, nearly 1400 sq ft plus trim. Tony was great to work with from start to finish, especially helping to schedule the big job within a narrow window of time between our house purchase close date and our move in date. They also did a great job for another family member where it was refinishing 50-60 year old floors which came out amazing. Work crews were on time, neat, and professional.

Quick trip to Home Depot for mulch, sod, grass seed and a few plants and we have a nicer front yard

Alex installed a basement floor for me over a tile floor that had been damaged by water. His advice on materials and selection was invaluable. The work quality was excellent and done on time. He kept me informed of when materials were arriving and personally supervised the installation. I thought the price was very fair. I highly recommend him.

This place is near my home and I thought I would stop by and check out their tile selections for some work I need done. There was a nice young man at the desk but a lot of noise coming from the back. I asked what was going on why was it so loud and the young man said they were having a church service. He started to show me the tiles but I could barely hear him and I couldn't think straight over the loud preaching. The store was disorganized and not a pleasant shopping experience at all so I left and took my business to the competition.

Awful experience. Hired M and M floors to replace old flooring with new hardwood oak floors. The flooring they laid on the second floor was cracking, popping and moving quite a bit. I asked them about the problems. Their onsite installer, Billy, acknowledged the problems, told me that they should have stopped after half of a room instead of doing three rooms. Billy then said I had bad wood and should contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent out a third party inspector. The inspector discovered that the wood was nailed every 12-30" when it should be every 4-6". Some wood had zero nails!! After admitting that they should have stopped work and after reading the third party inspector's report M and M floors said that the third party inspector always blames the installer and wouldn't take any responsibility. My subfloor on the first floor needed repair and M and M offered to do the repairs. On the day of the repairs there carpenter left after 15 minutes saying he couldn't do it and walked out. It took me two weeks to get someone from M and M to call me back and come out to my house. One of the owners, Chris, came out and concurred that they should not have laid so much wood and should have stopped to inform me that there were problems. Chris said he would talk to the other owner, Tim, and get back to me the next business day. I called them twice a day for a week, they finally called me back after a week of ignoring me. I offered to return all the original wood and pay them to complete the subfloor repair and buy all new wood from them. M and M floors refused to proceed. It took two more weeks to get my deposit back. I insisted they pull up the wood that they installed incorrectly at no charge. They sent Billy back out and he quit after 10 minutes and walked out. M and M refused to honor their commitment to remove the incorrectly installed wood. What an enourmous waste of time, energy and money!! M and M floors should have either quickly refunded my money and parted ways amicably or finished the job as promised. NO INTEGRITY! DO NOT USE THEM! I am reporting them to DPOR.

Eduards did an AMAZING job on refinishing my wood floors. They completed the job on schedule and left the home nice and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone and the bonus was their price was far more reasonable than other quotes I had received.

Made several diy projects with supplies i bought from this location. Employees who work at wood cutting area are helpful, and professional. Overall store management seems great.

Good selection and lovely staff. Not the cheapest, but some really unique choices here.
