Flooring

Very friendly people. I love thier selection of paint colors. And not bad prices.

The installation crew took all day to install my vinyl floors, doing so they used high powered blowers that overloaded my house circuit and left me with no power. Rather than offering to have an electrician come out they told us it was not their problem. We had to get an electrician out on a weekend and pay out of our pockets to fix a problem they created. On top of this they did not make sure the floor was level when laying down the vinyl and we ended up with an uneven piece that cracked. The owners told us it would cost $350 to have this fixed. There is no true warranty when it comes to their products or services. They do nothing to ensure the customer is satisfied with the product or services, they just take your money.

I had just bought a house with a mixture of wood and laminate floors. Roy came in and matched the floors perfectly. The installation was perfect and the results were amazing. The downstairs floor now flows from room to room without a bad join. The installers we great and often worked late to get the job finished on time. I would highly recommend Bobby’s Flooring.

Spoke with a person over the phone who advised they were only open until 4. I showed up at 3 and the doors were locked and they didn't answer the phone. It was less than an hour after speaking with them. So unprofessional.

Fantastic customer service in both the storm door and mailbox areas. Thanks to Laura and Bill.
