Flooring

Excellent, non-pushy advice.

Very rude to my mother. Refused to sell or even let her look at t-molding because she had bought laminate flooring from Lowe's. Told her to go back to Lowe's. So much for trying use a local business. Take the advice of Doug's Carpet House and go to Lowe's, where the employees are friendly and willing to help.

Was working on redoing our sunporch into a yoga studio for my wife. Roy and Marisa were knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to properly pick and install flooring that would meet the needs of the project. Great staff and selection!

Always a good experience here. I feel like willingly helpful associates are more readily available in Ruckersville, but if Im ever lost and ask, the guys here have no problems helping out.

Stop! The owner, Jeff Craig, was arrested for drunk and disorderly while working on our home I found drug paraphernalia (in my opinion) in our bathroom right after the police took him away. Our new kitchen appliances were damaged when they moved them while refinishing the flooring underneath. The DW was apparently dropped, which bent the tub. We had to buy a new DW.

The new 24v kobolt tools are the bomb, the battery last for ever, seriously better than Dewalt

The pro service desk the name REBECCA is not professional employee she make discrimination and not friendly with customer.

Omg very few of the staff are kind and pay attention to what you need , and there are not even enough staff for them they neeeeed to get more people . I went to the blinds section and the was no one there , I asked a few people who did not work in that section to call for someone ( on the way they also We’re complaining about not enough staff)I waited 20-30 Min and still no one( I had rung the bell) i went Down to customer service and they barely did anything. When I went back there was a very nice woman there who did NOT work in the section but tried to help, did not work out but thank you. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐️ stares is because of the 3 kind people I met and few other people who actually help. PLEASE GET MORE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!
