Flooring

After over 20 years in our home, we decided to replace our flooring with the Allure vinyl plank flooring in all rooms including 3 bathrooms and the kitchen. It was a large job that took a full week to complete. We contacted Mark for an estimate. He came out the very next morning and we had an estimate by email the following day. I loved being able to communicate with Mark via email. Less chances for the missed phone calls and everything is in writing so there were no chances for any misunderstandings by either party. The work was scheduled for the week of August 11. We wanted a particular flooring that was only sold by Home Depot so we purchased the product rather than going through Mark. This was a non-issue because Mark gave us a list of exactly how much of each product we would need. On a side note, I kept going back and forth on whether I wanted to put the plank or sheet vinyl flooring in the kitchen and baths. Mark had the patience of Job with me. He really wanted me to be happy and allowed me to take my time making my decision. He sent me several estimates (wood flooring, sheet vinyl, vinyl planking etc) for various flooring options. He was definitely customer oriented. His workers were on time, courteous and kept the work area clean. He started with the upstairs and finished with downstairs. While it was a major inconvenience with all the workers in the home and the flooring torn up, Mark's employees were very accomadating when we had to get from room to room for our daily activities. Wes seemed to be the lead guy on the project and he was absolutely wonderful. The guys worked hard to keep the project on time. There were a couple of small areas on the sub flooring that had gotten wet over the years and need to be replaced. Mark and his guys took care of them and only charged a very minimal cost for the repairs. After the flooring was complete, Mark and his team made sure I was completely satisfied. No problem there....my flooring was Beautiful. Every time I called him he answered or called me right back. I was even in the store looking at product on a couple of occasions and had no problem contacting him and getting my questions answered. I would highly recommend All-N-1 Services and have them on my favorites list.

This place is excellent! Dawn gives wonderful service and is awesome!

They did an outstanding job on our old oak floors. They worked quickly and efficiently and the results were amazing. They were very professional. I would heartily recommend them. Grace Marino

Returned one door, bought another. Everybody was friendly and took care of all my needs. This is my favorite adult man toystore. Always the best merchandise and service!

Waited a total of over 1.5 hrs today to be waited on by a sales clerk in the appliance dept. 1.5 hrs. covered two visits. The first about 2pm and the second about 4pm. You would think on a weekend that a store would properly staffed. We had to make our own decision on a washer and dryer. A sales clerk finally offered help, which amounted to ringing up the order........If we had been a little desperate to make a purchase, we would have gone elsewhere on another day.

Employee in the hardware department was really helpful, finding me the correct sized screws for my project. Busy and congested trying to get through the store.

He did a great job and my wife is very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Pritchett's Flooring to anyone.

Customer service had one person doing everything was not thought well ... I think they need a new supervisor

These are the best people you will find for all your carpet needs. The installers are amazing and precise. The ladies in the office were helpful in picking out the right carpet. No surprises or hidden fees....Thank you!

My husband and I visited this store for the first time yesterday and were treated with great respect and hospitality. We were able to find the perfect carpet and had it layed today by two excellent employees of the store, Chris and JD. We will return for more of their excellent products and service.
