Flooring

Just for the record my name is not Richard Richardson, it's Evan .Isaiah at the Burlington store was extremely helpful when I called for pricing information and carpet options. He answered every question I asked. He deserves a huge raise. Ill recommend this store to anyone who needs help picking carpet.

This was my third and final visit to this store. I will never walk into this store again or give them our business. By far some of the most rudest employees I have ever encountered. If you're active duty military don't bother with the military discount its always a fight even when you have a military id. And the price match guarantee is just as big of a joke as the military discount they claim to offer. Its a shame they treat customers this way especially active duty military and on Memorial Day weekend of all times.

This store is just a joke! Shelves are always empty, lumber looks like rainbows and the staff...well that’s the best part! A bunch of gamers who have never nailed two 2x4 together in their life. Nobody is willing to help you ever, you can make 3 laps around the place looking for someone but usually they are all huddled together either talking about video games or how wasted they got he night before. The one guy with experience, in the lumber department, you ask him to rip a sheet of nice Birch ply for you and he cringes. “Are you sure?” My speed cut has a 35 tooth blade that’s older than his grandkids and never been sharpened...well, at least he’s honest. Asked why he doesn’t switch it, there’s a hundred of them 4 isles down? Says his manager won’t let him. Asked if I could buy the blade and give it to him...nope, he’s already tried to personally buy a blade. Place an order online and try to be efficient and have it ready for you...yeah, never. Most of the time they can’t find the order, it hasn’t been pulled or my absolute favorite, “it’s virtually impossible to get to”. Wow, well, I paid for it now what? They are just so damn lazy! The garden section though. The people that work in there is the only good part of the whole store. I’d cut the big box off and rename it The Home Garden Club. We wonder why Amazon has gained so much market share across so many disciplines? Because we used to go to stores like this for the personal touch...now...well, that isn’t here. Amazon you just won my full time home building and furnishing needs!

This is the second time that I have benefited from Curly's Carpet Repair. I had him stretch our living room carpet before putting a previous house up for sale. I was really pleased with the results and the carpet looked like new again and I'm sure it helped us sell that house. Flash forward fifteen years and I remembered his name and service when I needed a carpet repair. Pablo came to my house and repaired a seam that had separated and looked terrible. He also fixed two holes (dogs!) and another frayed seam issue. I am very pleased with the high quality of work, the customer service, and the fact that my carpet looks so much better that I don't have to replace it. Thank you Curly's Carpet Repair! I highly recommend him! :.)Theresa Kingma

Derek was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He's professional, knowledgable, and does excellent work. Will absolutely be working with him again in the future!

Wonderful staff with incredible knowledge of Interior design. Beautiful showroom, with traditional choices along with furniture and other decor. Kylee, the receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Brandon is the man! Thank you!

The guy working there was very reticent to get out of his chair to help.

Lots of selection and very affordable. The manager really took time to explain and answer my questions. Thank you.

Surdel Carpets sold to us and installed our Master Bedroom carpet in April 2015. It was showing stretching in some areas. We called Surdel and were readily booked for a service call. Dave the installer arrived today. He was friendly and a true professional. He explained what he would do to rectify the situation and did it. The carpet looks new again. Excellent service! ... Thank you

Even the employees were telling me how bad the service was. Appreciate the honesty, but screw the store. ( if they could find the drill, am I right?) This guy took his vest off and radio and left it in the bathroom so we wouldnt know he worked there!

Friendly and courteous.

Every Saturday of the first month I go and do a project. Just sign ur kids up. Next week we r making a fish game!!!

Amazing flawless floors!
