Very honest help in picking out the best carpet for our needs. Super helpful and great communication. Installation and clean up were great!

Stood in line for 20 min at customer service. The guy at the counter when I got there was getting a 5 gallon bucket exchanged. They had to put it in the system so told him to wait. I get it. But it took literally 8 min. And the girl still couldn't figure it out. Manager walked in and out and offered no help. Poor guy just kept getting madder and madder. She helped the next person rent a carpet cleaner. All this time manager is still doing nothing. Two other people are still helping some other guy with a return. The sales clerk turns to go on break with 6 people still in line. I'm 3 back still. The guy in front of me just starts laughing. The girl decides not to take her break. Not sure why I waited. I just had a question to ask and all I could think the whole time...why didn't I go to home depot?

They did not install the pad that was in our contract. They used the wrong tack strips. They didn't nail down the track strips, they didn't cut pieces evenly and would stuff carpet into the gouges to try and hide it, they didn't stretch the carpet, the stairs were done all wrong, it looked terrible and felt terrible- like the pad didn't go to the edge of the stair, the carpet didn't reach the wall. When we tried to work it out with the company they refused to admit they did anything wrong, instead they told us we should be grateful we have such nice carpet. We reminded them we paid for the nice carpet and we wanted it installed correctly. It was a fiasco, the refunded us the labor on the stairs, and the cheapest version of their pad. We are stuck with the cheap pad under the carpet. We called a different installer, he came out, we didn't even have to tell him what went wrong, he saw even more than we did and couldn't believe they are still in business. He in one afternoon made it so we could at least move into our bedrooms. He had to reorder more carpet for the stairs to redo them completely pad and all. Floorsalot was an awful company to work with and their end product is shameful and their business practice seems very crooked and shady (like we didn't get the pad written in the contract, and they were upset that we lifted the carpet to verify-granted them not tacking the carpet down made this very easy to do....but they were caught, they didn't do what the contact said-which is the only reason why I think that we got a little of a refund. So disappointing!

Awesome quality service by sales rep to superior craftsmanship by their installers. We had both rug and new type of waterproof laminate installed and was very impressed by customer service and care. The house was 17 years old and the folks before us were very dirty and had dogs. Installers took great care in preparing the underlayment due to conditions and went above and beyond to make sure the floors were ready for new flooring. The quality work was the best I've seen yet. Great small family owed business, the owner Jose was able to make an after hours visit to our home due to my work schedule for a water leak. The quote was the best I had received after calling several local companies. He took the time to explain everything he would have to do and approx. completion time. I was very happy with the time he took to answer my questions and his availability with my emergency. I have recommended him to family and friends and they have all been as impressed and happy with his work as I am. I will be contacting Jose again for new floor installation when we finish our garage re-model. I High recommend.

Had a lot of problems with the original install (pieces being installed even though they sliced into them when opening the box, damage to the trim they installed, etc). Large parts had to be completely redone and communication sucked but they worked it out so we smiled and went on our way. Fast forward almost a year and the floor is already disengaging. We called and they sent the manager and the company that sent the materials and I was told it would be fixed by Christmas. Here it is March. We got no communication until we started emailing regularly, were told that the floor didn't need to be fixed despite a gap so big my son's orthotics are catching in it...and every time I email them they seem to forget who we are and we have to start over. We've finally given up and will be seeking another company to fix the issue and filing with BBB. Don't waste your time on these guys. I thought we were supporting local business but they have no idea how to do their job.

****Buyer Beware**** Home advisors recommended this company. I will keep this short and sweet. If you want “Design Associate” Rob to call and yell at you.... then sure hire this company away. This company lacks professionalism and transparency. Don’t show clients a book with one pricing and then when the estimate is created you change the price? I reached out to corporate and I am still waiting on a response. There are plenty of other companies who won’t hire unprofessional “professionals” to yell at clients. Beware!!!

One of the best experiences I had during a recent remodel was shopping at (CFM) Contractor Furnishing Mart. From Seattle all the way to Kent, I was given top service, which is very rare nowadays regarding customer satisfaction. My husband and I were made to feel very welcomed but not hard sell. With so many choices we were so relaxed and it was extremely easy to pick out flooring. Great business.
