Flooring

These are willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Very knowledgeable staff and quality products.

Very professional, prompt service. I could not get anyone to install carpet in my new house before the holidays. Most flooring people I called were rude, could care less and basically laughed at me for trying to get carpet installed right before the holidays. I met Greg in a store when he was delivering samples. The store owner said she would not use anyone but this company so I gave him my number. He called that same day! They came out quick, followed up 100%, found me the perfect carpet on their own and even ran a sample right out to me rather than making me find them to see it. The install was perfection and they even followed up afterward with a call to make sure I liked it and knew it was under full warranty if I spotted anything I didn't like! I will use this company from now on for all my flooring needs and refer them to my friends and clients.

Employees were very helpful when I needed help deciding on which flooring to choose to match my decor. I had gone to a couple of other stores in town and didn't get the help I needed. Nice, nice store!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Product we desired was special order and only in large lots.

A pro... He tiled our '70s fireplace and he did an awesome job. Listens well. Friendly.

This store needs it's own website. When I click the link for their website after googling carpets, it takes me to Shaw Flooring. All I want to info on Wenatchee's store

Great dtore, usually have what we need at comparative prices

David and his son Davie arrived at our house on time this week and with all the new carpeting for our 3,400 sq. ft. upstairs. For 3 days they were quiet, very hard working, including moving all the furniture, hauling the old carpet away, and respectful. They arrived on time every morning, took few breaks, and completed the job on time with no damage to our walls or furniture. They are an amazing team, and I would highly recommend Carpet One.

I am so impressed with Artisan Flooring! They did a fantastic job on our Birch floors. They arrived ready to work. At 8:00 they arrived and at 8:15, floors were being laid. the job was done quickly, efficiently and beautifully. They pulled up our baseboards with no damage to the walls and then replaced them back again. I would highly recommend them!

O k service bad attitude I will never refer clients to Curtis Tile again

This Lowe's is a 10 year old store but wow it's clean and organized. Lots of good selection!

The paint guys are awesome. No matter how confused I am about what I think I want, they always get me what I need.
