Flooring

We had carpet installed from Rompre's less than 5 years ago. It had a 10+ year warranty. Our carpet can be pulled up in the center of the room and strands of carpet just fall out, to the point of bald patches in our carpet. When we called Rompre's a woman named Jody was rude and would not listen to our problems claiming that we needed to call the manufacturer of the carpet. When we called the manufacturer of the carpet they told us we needed to go through the place that installed the carpet (Rompre's). We made numerous phone calls to them each time talking to Jody, never the actual owner of this business. Our phone calls would not be returned or we would get the "run around" from this Jody woman. Today the owner of the place we have just ordered new carpet to replace the crap that we were over charged for and was improperly installed, came in to do a measurement and was in shock that the owner nor any of the employee's would come out to even look at what was going on. Instead they are attempting to use loop holes of a warranty. Which in further reading of our warranty are not needed for the issue that we are having with the carpet. I understand that some things go wrong and sometimes quality of a product can be an issue. But really, if you want good customer service go somewhere else.

Great business to work with. Adrian was very kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend checking them out.
