Lowe's Home Improvement

I have generally been pleased when purchasing in the store. My first on-line experience has been a major disappointment. Received an e-mail after the purchase indicating that I would be provided a 2 hour window the night prior. It didn't happen. I called and then said that another part of the e-mail indicated the night prior of the morning of. I didn't get notification the morning of either. I called and they said that they think maybe between 12 and 2. There are many places to purchase appliances. I won't buy another from Lowe's.
Floortech Interiors

Floortech had an amazing selection of vinyl plank flooring and very reasonable prices. TJ was a very knowledgeable and nice salesman. We ended up choosing an Evoke flooring product and installed ourselves. There were some planks with manufacturer defects. At a very frustrating point in the project, we called the store and Jay handled it extremely well. They got us replacement planks very quickly and were so helpful and apologetic. You can’t find customer service like we experienced very many places. It’s definitely the first place we will go for future flooring projects.

FCI did a fantastic job. The end customer ordered the carpet and it did not arrive until four days prior to opening, then only half the order arrived. The crew stepped up and worked through Saturday night to complete the project. The customer opened on time. I highly recommend Matt and the crew.

This is now my second time working with Carpetland and the knowledgeable and friendly staff, along side the large variety of flooring selections certainly did not disappoint. We recently finishing our basement and were in need or both hard flooring and carpeting. We worked with a gentleman named John at the West Allis location. He was so helpful and made excellent suggestions without ever being pushy! We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work that we received at Carpetland.

Excellent Experience from start to finish! Mike and the rest of the staff were top notch. From the very beginning, Mike was great with communication. We ordered over 1500 sq ft of hardwood, over long distance, delivered to Baltimore. Couldn't be happier with the service we received and the quality of the Wood. If you're shopping for hardwood flooring, call Mike at Hassle Free Flooring!

Very disappointed. We set up an appointment for someone to come and measure our kitchen after picking out flooring and no one ever showed up! No phone call, no e-mail, no communication at all. We will not be giving them another try.

If you're looking for a great price and great selection don't look any further... my wife and I had bought carpet from Phil and it was the best price in the area in the install was fast and professional. What I like the most about them is that it was a no-pressure environment and I can't say that for a lot of the other companies in the surrounding area that we went to. Keep up the great work
Nonn's

My experience with Nonn's began February 2016 and continued through 2016 with additional projects in our new home. Flooring, Granite and Tile all were purchased at Nonn's. Customer service is top notch. I recently worked with Casey on tile for our kitchen backsplash and she was very patient with all of our wants/needs.

Compliments to Mary, Horacio, Rachel and Alexis @ Brookfield, WI store... they're the BEST! Worked with Mary on my design and selection, so friendly, helpful and full of ideas. Horacio is a wealth of knowledge and patience, answering our millions of questions. Rachel also provided a ton of information and Alexis is the smiling, sweet young lady who took my thousands of dollars!! Thanks to all, we're working toward a beautiful new master bathroom.

We were very satisfied with the work performed. The young man who performed the service (Paul) was prompt and very attentive to our questions and concerns. Our floors are like new. Everything was cleaned up after the job was completed. Mary, the person who was our office contact was also a very good listener and reassuring with our initial questions. the topper was that Austin (owner) actually came after the job was done to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This company is concerned with quality and integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
