Flooring

One of the best flooring/remodeling stores I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. The sales team are the best in the biz and installers are more than professional. We worked with Peterson Flooring, LLC and this company produces the highest quality work I’ve ever seen! Beyond blown away! Designers have THE eye to pull a project in the right direction and installers executed the work to the highest degree of professional quality and perfection. You get what you pay for is not just a saying when it’s 100% true especially when it comes to an investment in your home. Look no further than ProSource Wholesale Floor covering and Peterson Flooring, LLC for ALL avenues of you Flooring and remodeling needs!

Walked in, employees said hi and that's about it. No one bothered to help us pick out colors or help us with all the brands. They did however have lots of carpet selection, which we picked out ourselves.

Maxcare was easy to schedule with, got our work done quickly and their workers were all timely and professional. Our floors (in our 90 year old house) look new. We are beyond thrilled!

The folks who did the work did a great job but the communication from the office left a lot to be desired. We could not pick the color until the day the work was going to start. We were asked to chose between water popped and non water popped. Then once they began water popping we were only then informed that we had just committed to 1000 more of work for the water popping. We were never informed when the workers finished during the day so we had no idea when we could walk in the floors. Workers showed up on a Monday and wondered why an area of the house was not ready when we had been emailed that they would arrive on Tuesday. When we stated we wanted all the shoe molding to match and emailed to ask why they had not pulled off the downstairs shoe molding so it could be painted to matched to the upstairs, there was ZERO response. Now we have unmatched shoe molding. They also did not finish the molding on our stairs and declared the job done, expecting full satisfaction of the bill without any clear indication as to when the job might be done. Mind you we waited for two and a half months for this job to be done, perhaps some forethought of ordering needed supplies ahead of time? Due to the poor customer service I can not recommend them to do your floors.

Oops, I meant to review for Carpet City in Germantown

Very helpful. Needed more flooring for a job we're doing. Great help. Very good product.

I built my house a few years ago and used carpetland for all of my flooring and backsplash decor. Their rep was awesome, the product was excellent quality and the customer service was second to none. I would recommend Carpetland to everyone. Thank you Carpetland!

They provide carpet, vinyl and thru-out many rooms in our new house. Dennis was very professional and did a great job with coordinating all aspects of our purchase and installation. The installers were great, on time, qualified and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Have a great selection of tile. Super low prices. Unique and interesting. Great selection. Of throw rugs.

Love getting my Spring plants here. They have a great selection and the best prices.

The experience trying to get something done with the arrogant staff of Blake Stevens is the closest you can come to a "company in business in spite of itself."

Choosing the colors for the flooring and counters for our new Miracle home from the sample pieces was a little overwhelming, because I wasn't sure how it would all turn out. I am so thankful for Sue Mesa's help! Sue listened to the descriptions of what I wanted and helped me find the samples of floor and counters that went well together. I felt more confident in my decisions because I could tell Sue is great at what she does. I left the store excited and very pleased with the selections Sue helped me with. When our home was completed we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Rick & Diane L
