Flooring

Great staff in the rental department..Always willing to help every time I'm there

The west bend store has better quantity of lumber than Menomonee falls store. And I was impressed that I got an 11% mail in rebate

RNB Design Group replaced our windows and patio door-we are so very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of our new Plygem windows and patio door. Russ the owner, Chris & Taylor our installers were extra attentive to every detail-the most clean & neat remodel we've ever seen! Our home look's absolutely beautiful, could not be more happy with our RNB Design Group makeover!!!

The guy that helped us was very informative.

These guys did a great job on my house. Very friendly and hard working. Quality is top notch and holding up nicely.

Went to this West Bend address. No one answered. A fan was running in an open window. Mailbox was stuffed full, old newspapers were all over the porch. Tpp step was a death trap, was not attached, so anyone could have fallen. Even called to leave a message and NO RETURN CALL. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

I recently needed some stain for re trimming my house. I was having a hard time finding the color that my wife wanted. I brought a picture to Korgers and they were able to come up with a color that worked perfectly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!!

I will never shop he again very disrespectful staff. I came in for a lawnmower blade. Had the blade, make of lawnmower and engine number. I get up to counter and Steve and another employee are talking for almost two minutes with no acknowlement. In customer service greet customer at least with eye contact. Finally he asked can I help you with something. I show him the blade and information and he said blade is not for the right lawnmower it's a different brand and laughed. I said ok I know that it's a Murray lawnmower and he said again but this blade says different. So he gives me a blade and then proceeds to tell me that if it really a Murray lawnmower here a blade for that too. I take the blades say thank you and his response is yeah and walks away. BTW maybe he needs to learn about what he is selling the first blade did work. And most important in all my years in customer service and management I would never tolerate such rude employees.

Lots of options and great options. Always go intending to pick up a couple things from a list, end up walking out with twice the amount of stuff them what one needs. Innovative products in every department to make every job easier now fun. Store has a nice and accommodating layout. Over the years the staff has greatly improved on product knowledge as well as where to locate products. If you have questions or need a demonstration, most employees are more than happy to show how and what to do. They provide tips about how to optimize efficiency from their personal experience or just from knowing about the items and/or the task the item will be used for. It seems the employees have also come to be more courteous and polite. Makes the trip smoother and much more enjoyable.

Wide selection of products and good prices with very good service. Just wish they would allow another store like Lowe's or Home Depot to come in to give them fair competition.

Clean, orantions, very friendly. .
