I have yet to go there and they not have what I needed.

Good people to work with fair prices and quality product and excellent workmanship

Laurie’s customer service is top notch both in terms of attentiveness and follow through! Definitely a business I will continue to patronize and will recommend to friends and others! If you are shopping for flooring and/or window coverings be sure to stop in and visit with Laurie regarding options.

Great help great prices!

Great service. Huge selection.

Wellhouse is the worst contractor we've dealt with. My boyfriend needed to get his cabinet doors replaced while it was on the market due to an unfortunate situation. When they "matched" the doors, the color or style of the doors didn't match. My boyfriend told them that, and they argued with him that they did (even though I saw them and they clearly didn't). Then they claimed they could not match the original color of the cabinets, even though they were the ones to originally install them. My boyfriend needed to get the house back on the market so he decided to move forward with them anyway because he didn't have much of a choice. My boyfriend requested that they do the cabinets as quickly as possible so he could get the house sold. They said they could put in a rush order but made no promises. They eventually told us the cabinets would be done the week of 8/2 (6 weeks later, which is clearly not a rush job). They still weren't done by the Friday of that week, so then they said it would be done Saturday and then Monday. By Tuesday they were finally done. They showed no concern for the situation we were in with trying to sell the house. When my boyfriend went to check them out, they put the handles on crooked. When he complained about it, they told him the handles were on crooked on the old doors. I don't understand why a professional contractor would think my boyfriend would want crooked handles. He has also done a lot of design and build work himself and is always very careful about making sure that things are even and lined up properly. Working with them has been a horribly frustrating experience. They have never made any apologies for the repeated delays or issues. They don't seem to believe in customer service at all and I would encourage everyone to steer clear of them.

So many choices!!!

Spike is great, he is very professional and really knows his flooring.

Great company

Wonderful people. I have gone to them with a couple of small projects, everyone was helpful and informative.

I was heartbroken to be forced out of my beloved Victorian apartment (with original oak floors) into a hastily-acquired condo with worn out, boring carpet. With my tiny budget and product limitations (the subfloor is concrete) I was resigned to the cheapest per sqft laminate I could find, which simply wasn’t appealing or worth the money. Thankfully, a friend hooked me up with Melissa who absolutely made my day. She was able to provide a solid bamboo product which looks, feels, and behaves so much like the wood I left behind that I barely feel the loss - At a cost that was within reach. Through the entire process they were excellent communicators, reliable, accommodating, patient, and the installation was expertly done. Being able to support a local small business was the cherry on top. I honestly don’t think I have ever had such a satisfying experience as a consumer before. If I am ever in need of flooring or tile work in the future, they will be my first phone call and I highly recommend them.

I recently went to Home Depot East Madison location to grab a few different items. Ranging from garbage can, Rubbermaid containers, charcoal and charcoal grill and some electrical parts. I first asked about some electric parts and it took 4 different employees to help me and still didn’t know what we were talking about and didn’t have the parts. Then went for a wire clipper asked another worker he was clueless as well. Then it was as simple as outdoor garbage can and a Rubbermaid storage container and no one could even lead me in the right direction. I was worse off asking for help then wondering around myself figuring it out. I have never gone somewhere where literally 6 or 7 different employees were incompetent. I understand not being familiar with a section of the store but then politely admit that and say let me get you someone that does know more about what you are looking for. But no one did that. And I was even told with attitude “I’m just a merchant we don’t know” I was shocked. We were very excited to get some new things for our outdoor patio and start an electrical project and this visit to Home Depot was nothing short of frustrating. Won’t be back to this location.

Michael is a great guy and his team is awesome to work with. They recently refinished some red oak floors in a bedroom of our 88 year old home. We went with the natural wood and a clear satin coat. It turned out beautifully and I can't wait to have the rest of floors refinished.

Their staff went above and beyond what I could ask for. We had an issue with a 3rd party and M&M were very thorough and helpful throughout!

I'm writing this review for my mother who loved the service and professionalism.

The Fireplace Pros troubleshooted (trouble shot?) my two gas fireplaces in Cottage Grove. They repaired both in one visit, with no need for follow up.

I've used CTW for multiple projects and have always been pleased with the results. Great installers, efficient turnaround from quote to completion. I work in the trades and value them highly as a partner.

Horrible, do not go here!!
