Flooring

They were great for me. I had a contractor who the knew well. So they treated me fine. Price wise very good. Great tile. They were very helpful.

Overall a poorly managed and staffed store. I tried to buy rolls of insulation from them, but water was dripping from the rolls. Not just a little water, but large quantities. The staff appeared to be angry because I would not take the wet insulation. I tried to return a few extra items from a major renovation project. They refused to take anything with a receipt. I offered them my "My Lowes" account which would have all of my purchases. They said the My Lowes account would not work. Lowes web site states you can return items with your receipt or "My Lowes" . There have been many other small issues that prove to me that this is a poorly managed store. That is too bad. I am just a frustrated customer.

Carpet was supposed to be installed Tuesday July 5th (already paid for in advance)but no one showed up, no phone call or anything!! I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails! Finally after calling for 5-6 time someone answered and the excuse was "our paperwork got lost and everything has been done for the day, no way for our floor could be installed that day!!" The day we scheduled to have it done!!! They asked if we could do it today (July 6th), so I said yes as long as someone is here to do it by noon. Well no one showed up until almost 2! So I've wasted another full day that I had stuff to do!! Also they were supposed to take the old carpet with them to dispose of it but they left it instead! Highly unsatisfied and definitely wouldn't recommend this company!!

Great heart pine 🌲

Thank you once again for another beautiful and professional installation. Our stairs look like the center piece of our new home thanks to our wonderful Irene who gave us great customer service and always followed up with calls, Jonathon and Stephen who installed with perfection for detail and so,so polite and so talented. And for the kind, sweet voice on the other end greeting me this morning, Jessica who assisted all my needs. Great team you have, Don...Jay, I am sorry to have missed you my friend but we couldn't be more pleased . Blessings to all, Thank you again, Ray and Lynn Sigouin (Principe)

WOW, What a selection! If your looking for flooring they have it....very nice and knowledgeable staff. Prices are very competitive and the choices are endless!

High quality tile, great selection and price

Great price and service.

I like Home Depot Everyone has always been helpful. Store is always clean.

We had a great experience working with Expressway! I was personally greeted by the owner of the business when I arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable of his products and understood my needs perfectly- even though I can be all over the place with my ideas! The installers were very professional and respectful of my home during the installation, and my floors look beautiful! I will definitely use Expressway when I build my forever home, and I highly reccomend them for all of your flooring needs!

This company has installed my flooring and cut corners.. Look at the flooring..

This is the best Lowes you will find in the Mobile area. I own a business travel all over the US and deal with many Lowes stores. This store by far goes over and above the call of duty to help and give great customer service. Doug Hartley, has the qualities of a great store manager! Angelique Chapman is my go to and always goes above and beyond to get things done!! Thank you both for treating like I matter!!! Thanks! Kyser
