Flooring

Great people to deal with. Excellent service!!!!

Best selection in town

Bi City has done many projects for us and we have always been super happy! Randy, the owner, does an excellent job explaining how the project will progress and answering any question I have. He always goes "above and beyond". He offers an incredible warranty! I would highly recommend them for any floor covering project.

Really comparable prices, lots to choose from.

My experience with Gregory's Carpets in Opelika was not what I expected. As I went in, I needed to talk to the owner about a situation we had discussed before. The front desk lady was very nice and of course she went back to get him for me. I knew he was back there because I heard him talking, but as she came back he didn't follow and she was told to tell me "he isn't here today". Considering this being a professional place that I know a lot of people recommend, I am very surprised of the lack of dishonesty he gives to his customers, he could have simply said he was busy if anything. I will not be going back to this business or recommend them.

Good for what it is. Wouldn't count on any stellar customer service or help finding something specific, buy never have had a bad experience with the staff. Good selection that is often similar if not usually better than the nearby Home Depot.

We paid Randy the price he told us it would cost to have heart pine floors throughout our 100 year old home. We were only told months after the fact when we were attempting to get Randy's company out to our house to fix some problems with the flooring, that we should pay an additional $3000 to replace the broken parts of the floor (which is what he was hired to do in the first place). We were repeatedly told that the flooring issues were our fault because the house was old. Additionally, there is one section of our flooring where instead of using the heart pine we paid for, the company installed particle board and just stained and finished it, I guess in hopes that we would never notice? After our last encounter with Randy, we chose to hire another flooring company to come in and fix the problems he left us. Their price was less than 1/4 of what Randy was trying to charge. Blaming the customer for the condition of the floor we hired him to fix doesn't make any sense. We were more than willing to work with Randy and gave him multiple opportunities over several weeks to make this right. He chose not to do that and instead was rude and accusatory. I am leaving this review in hopes that others will not have to go through what we went through.

I'm more than happy to share the gentleman named Ty was very helpful and sweet he helped me load my truck with the best attitude ever presented when I have ever been there.. thank you so much for all the help... I wonder if any managers ever read these and acknowledge their great work if not THANK YOU TY YOUR THE BEST OF THE BEST AT HOME DEPOT in Phenix City Alabama...

Greg and Josh added a carport to our home. They were very helpful from getting a variance from the city board, to choosing the color of the brick and mortar, Placement of the columns and everything, with their years of experience, to make the carport look like it was built originally with the home.

Love this place!!! They have virtually everything at fantastic discount prices. Give yourself plenty of time to shop...not crowded in evenings...open til 9pm except Sunday closes at 6pm. I had a return in my recent visit and the cashier, Brianna, was friendly and promptly refunded my cash when I presented my receipt..no questions asked.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a 100% Disabled Veteran I had shown my military ID to receive the “10%” Military discount. I was told I had to go to the Customer Service desk, apply for a “My Lowes” Card first, and give them my phone number. All just to purchase some weed and feed. I have a broken back and am in a wheelchair at times. I told her “NO THANKS”. Went to Home Depot, picked up the items I needed, shown my Military ID to the lady, received the 10%, and left. Thank you Lowes for treating Disabled Veterans who have sacrificed everything for you so you can us like a 3rd class Citizen. I will never spend another penny in you stores. Also, I am ashamed to call myself an ex-employee.

They were very helpful in finding a part we needed for our hot water heater

Great store. Great employees.
