Flooring

W & W Flooring offered so much advice and they were so patient. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience with Gulf Shores Kitchen Bath Floors and More. Chuck & DeLayne Garrett showed meticulous attention to detail and helped us achieve a fabulous result on a very reasonable budget. Our condo in Orange Beach has a completely new kitchen and 2 baths. It was all done in 8 weeks, on budget and very professionally finished. We highly recommend this team for your gulf coast renovation.

Best customer service around!!!!! Go see Tootsie, Kelly or Lisa!!!!

I have an older home in Mid Town Mobile and A-Z Gutter Mater installed a new gutter system on my home. I have plenty of trees surrounding my home and A-Z Gutter Master recommended the gutter guards to keep the leaves from filling up the gutters. The system works great the the installation was very professional. They showed on time and the price was right. I would recommend this company.

I love going to Home Depot. They have friendly people there that goes above and beyond to help. Will always shop there instead of that other chappie store.

I went into Lowes to buy an item, and ended up looking at another item for a future purchase. I asked an employee for help locating the item, and while they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he showed me a similar product. He didn't pressure me into buying it, and left me to discuss it with my husband, which I greatly appreciate. I didn't get his name, but whoever he is, I appreciate his helpfulness, and for not being a pushy salesman.

Typically good but today was a disaster!! Others were helped before me. One (contractor) came in 20 minutes after me, & was serviced before me. Not a happy camper today!. Also MANY of their plants are/were dehydrated & dieing. What's going on? But this was not my usual Lowes store. Maybe THAT was the difference in customer service & quality. Guess .... back to MY store on Mobile Hwy.

I recently went to the Home Depot on 9 mile road and a mistake was made on my checkout in which the self check machine charged my debit card twice. I noticed it today when I was balancing my checkbook register with my online bank statement. Home Depot fixed this problem on the same day by crediting my account the overcharge. It's unfortunate that this happened, but I have to say I'm impressed with them fixing this so quickly without me having to go back to the store and ask for it to be corrected. I do not know of any company in today's time that would do this. Good job Home Depot! Secondly, I want to make a comment on the review made by Jerry LeForte. I happened to be there at the same time this individual was there. His review is inaccurate of the situation that occurred. He and another individual that was with him acted completely inappropriate in the Home Depot Store on 9 mile on 5/21/18. They both were cursing and screaming at the unfortunate checker, Aretha, that had the bad luck of waiting of those two. They were scaring and putting other customers on edge with their behavior. They did this in front of an elderly lady. Some customers left the store because of them (this was witnessed by myself with products being left at 2 other self check stations with the subtotals still on the machines). Aretha should not have had to put up with abusive customers like those two. I believe they targeted this poor woman because she was female, because she was black (they were definitely low class rednecks), and because they saw an opportunity to create a stink and enjoy such behavior. Had it been a more dominant man waiting on them, they would not have behaved in that way. If individuals cannot act accordingly in Home Depot, they should be shown the door and not be served.

Service was fast friendly and expedient. Team members greeted us, asked us we needed any help. Answers our questions easily. Enjoyed our visit.

They have self check out, but most of the time they keep them off/ unavailable what a waste of a resource and to aggravate a customer over it. Something they could fix without upsetting a customer and creating their own negative feedback due to something that could be resolved internally without it costing them much more. I do not understand our society creating resistance to customer service when they have what it takes to be the best.

It is very nice clean and the people who run it are just plane awesome they pulled out a whole lot of mattresses and offered to pull out more if we wanted but we found one that is just perfect and they said lay on it as long as you want they made us an incredible deal. they done everything above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied with are purchase. I will go back and get another one and anything I need for the bed sheets pillows comforters. I would highly recommend them to everyone they have a lot of things like furniture too, so definitely check them out. they will definitely make you happy and make you feel extremely welcome. And their were none of them high pressure sales tricks either. They genuinely wanted to make us happy. And they certainly did.

They may or may not have what you need but they will order it and you get it whenever....maybe. Employees are lost on most things but they are polite.
