Bought flooring for 4 rooms for our house. Was great to deal with, prompt delivery. The installers he uses, was never on time, and after twice being called back to fix or finish the job, gave excuses and never finished. Transition strips was too dark. 2 out of the 3 was too tall to fit under the door. And never installed 1 in the last room, plus missed the piece that goes from bathtub to floor. Maybe it was our fault for paying the bill when they laid the flooring but not quite done. Either way, service after the sale, is worthless.

Fantastic from sales, service to installation. Wife and I bought a new floating wood floor and simply love the new look and ease of cleaning. The one question we keep asking ourselves is "why didn't we do this earlier". The installation tesm was professional, clean and very helpfull. They moved all the furniture themselves, and even help us put 3M pads under all of the furniture. They removed all old carpet and tile and it was amazing. The question you should be asking yourself is "what am I waiting for". These folks are number one and no one can compair.

Not mine, but an elderly couple here in northwest Arkansas reported that one of their contractors, Ray Erwin took close to two grand from them and did not even do the job. He also does not pay his employees, and works an unliscenced disabled man regularly, without pay. I have serious doubts about a company that would allow this contractor to serve its clients.

Great products and a great price! I encountered two very knowledgeable associates who helped me out finding product in the store. Don't always believe the Home Depot app when it says where to find it in the store or quantity on hand. The Merchandise Execution Team and associate replenishment needs a little work.
