Flooring

I loved Platinum Flooring Company. The people there are super cool. My parents wanted to get laminate flooring for a house we are flipping and I did a search for hardwood flooring providers in the east bay area and got a big list. I went to the websites and they all seemed old. Platinum Flooring Company seemed refreshing and new and so I decided to get in touch with them. I was able to visit and take some samples to show my parents and ultimately got a great deal on a grey colored laminate flooring. We are now waiting to get the accessories that we had ordered separately and will begin installation. Laminates are the best choices for flipping and after having looked around other stores, Platinum Flooring carried the best selection I can honestly say. We are proud to be satisfied customers!

We had a wrinkle or two develop in our carpets installed by Diablo Flooring 3-4 years ago. They graciously fixed them with no charge. Thanks again for doing this.

Have what I need, great service and nice people to work with

I love Abbey Carpets in San Mateo. Nancy are Brandy were terrific in helping us pick our carpet all the way through the installation. It was a quick easy process.

Nico and Miguel were professional, helpful and efficient. The whole team is warm and attentive. The carpet I purchased is beautiful. I'm very happy with the service I received.

Has a very good selection of different types of floors for affordable price. It also has a lot of examples how that particular floor will look like when installed. They also have good discounts on some of the floors which is nice. The stuff is a bit less friendly than I'd like them to be, this is why 4 stars and not 5.

on time and completed as explained. will work with them again

I used this company to refinish the floors in my 1925 Berkeley bungalow. The estimate they provided seemed reasonable. The original floors were still relatively intact and un-damaged, so it seemed like the way to go. In all fairness, I thought that they did an adequate job but they didn't finish the work in its entirety as they said they would. There was a moulding that didn't get installed after they'd done the staining and finishing. When I called them on it, Jesus said that they'd come out and take care of it right away--they neither called or showed up. After several calls, I gave up and did the remainder myself. If reliability or dependability are important to you, I wouldn't use this company (again) or recommend them to anyone else.

Mike Dunn of The Floor Show is a dear man with a bright wit and an unassuming demeanor, and he definitely loves wood floors. He takes such pride in his work. He always delivers gorgeous floors, with so much love and attention and focus. He will doggedly follow through on every detail, pleasing even our most demanding clients.

Good quality work, good quality product at a great cost, very satisfied. You won’t go wrong with them.

Nothing but fantastic from start to finish!

Dennis was very helpful and professional. His team arrived on time and worked within our needs.
