Flooring

Excellent attention. Those guys are very good! Thank you very much. I recommend everyone to visit this store before you decided your flooring project. I'll back!

Great flooring at affordable prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The people where ready and willing to help. It was great

I needed a piece of tile to replace a cracked one. They cut and replaced it for free. Super friendly and helpful. It took less than 5 minutes.

Wonderful experience. They have a wide variety of choices.

This store is 5 star. I shop here all the time. They have a better selection than Lowe's and the workers aren't lazy. I just went in to get a large amount of lumber and I had 4 guys load it all in the carts and my truck. The ship to store is great also. I am used to using Lowe's where they can't find a drill sitting 10 feet away, in plain view. The online store has so much more. Thank you.

Great selection and many samples to choose from. Very friendly people.

Found everything I needed, people on the floor were knowledgeable..good place to shop

Wife & I are indeed pleased with with the service and price at this hardwood store. Glen, our customer service salesman is a good man, he helped us in getting the right hardwood floors at a grat price .We are happy the we came in to this store.

Good

Brianna at Lumber Liquidators was The BEST!! Extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. This new Lumber Liquidators store in Santa Barbara is a gem in our own back yard...Super friendly staff and great products..When I was short a few boxes at my local San Luis Obispo store, Brianna was able to locate the two additional boxes I needed in her Santa Barbara warehouse so I could complete my 1600 sq foot project. Kudos to her and all of her fine staff at store 347!! Highly recommended (on site FREE) parking for the store, too! Thanks Lumber Liquidators!

Love this place. Good choices on site and great prices. Very friendly staff.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice and Teresa works hard to make her customers happy. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you!

I have been trying to get an estimate regarding a granite countertop as well as floor tile replacement and its been like pulling teeth. I even emailed them the dimensions of the counters and floors to simplify things and was told they would take care of it. .....3 times over a month and a half. I left two Voicemails since we last spoke as the business number is rarely answered and still have not received a return courtesy call or email Of course at this point I'm only calling to request an apology for wasting my time as I could have got had the work estimated and completed by now. Needless to say they have lost my business forever and my instincts say....they don't really care.

Caila is a fantastic closet designer. She made my life so much less stressful by helping me declutter my tiny closets and turn them into functional spaces with tons of storage. The price was very reasonable for the quality.
