Great experience, the employees were very helpful and courteous. I even got money back when I realized that the items that I just had purchased were at lower price on another hardware store.

My men go into this store very often and we do sales over the phone for the company. Since you have to do phone sales at one end or the other of the store a lot of times you have to walk back to the opposite end in order to exit by your car or truck. The people doing the phone sales are always very nice but I don't like being jacked up like I'm a thief when I'm exiting the store at the other end with my receipt in hand and the merchandise in a Home Depot bag. The way they approached me was very rude and obnoxious.

Michael flooring did my floors and carpets. We were satisfied to have had the opportunity to work with Yesenia Abundis. She was on the spot. Everything that she promised they completed and went beyond. They were also timely, clean, professional, and the installers were also great and respectful. I highly suggest them. Ask for Yesenia for all your flooring needs.
