Helpful. Said they would call to schedule installation. Have not received any call.

I needed potting soil and was driving by Lowe's so I pulled in and found plenty of parking in front of the Garden Center. I grabbed a cart, easily located the aisle with potting soil. They had StaGreen potting soil 1 Cubic Foot 4 bags for $10. While in the checkout line, the customer behind me asked if I had used that brand if potting soil before... As I had not, I told him so. He mentioned that I might check the reviews of that product... I got out of the checkout line and Googled the StaGreen potting soil reviews abd found that the soil had bad reviews. I believe it was rated 2 of 5 stars. Being a cheapskate I decided to take my chances and I bought the StaGreen potting soil! To be completely fair, I saw that Miracle Griw potting soil had some bad reviews as well... My trip to Lowe's was good. Quick checkout! Happy customer... I pray my plants survive!

Awesome, efficient and fast! I called Boos inquiring about awnings and ended up with awnings and a new bathroom floor. Employees are very knowledgeable and the service was superior. We want to do our kitchen floor now and guess who we're calling! You bettcha

I only talk 2 them on the phone they don't do what I need, but that should have been the end, no they told me about things I could do ,I am very impressed with that . Use them if you can

Carter refinished our original floors in a 1918 craftsman home (not all the floors were that old, but some were). They did a pretty good job, the floors look good. They are good are replacing boards that are badly damaged but you won't get the same grain structure. We had several holes from old outlets that were repaired, you can tell the spots, but that's to be expected. We also had two floor heater vents from the old furnace that were each about 5 sq ft that had to be re-floored. One they covered just fine, the other they didn't lay the sub-floor plywood at the right height and thus the area dips a bit. It's noticeable, even though the coloring and finish look good (and as mentioned before, the grain and color wasn't exactly the same but it was good enough for us. Carter Wood Floors is relative inexpensive all things considered (not cheap though), so I'm happy with the outcome.

I gave them $10,000 up front because our interior decorator had recommended them, but did not know that the management had recently changed. They would not show up. Finally a bunch of guys hired off the corners showed up and asked me what I wanted them to do. They said I had just caused them to be pulled off other work. This went on forever (months) I finally did some independent research and found out how many people were suing them, and that they have a revoked California contractor's license. Good luck Do not take my word at face value because so many internet reviews are written by competitors or the owner trying to drum up business. Go to the Orange County Superior Court and take an hour or so, I rest my case! (They are based out of Los Alamitos)

Terrific place to shop for flooring.

Much better experience here than at the Lakewood location. Not happy with the service at the aforementioned Lumber Liquidators, we travelled a bit further to this store. Upon arrival, our eyes spied the pallets of flooring on clearance outside the entrance. With our discerning eyes, we scored some very cheap laminate in the quantity we needed. Service was good. The man helping us engaged with us, and not multiple customers at the same time, which really irked me at the Lakewood store. Not having room in the SUV we arrived in, I made arrangements to pick up our paid for laminate flooring the next day. Coming back before lunch, the same associate directed me to drive to the warehouse in the rear, where he used a forklift to bring the pallet next to my truck. He would've assisted loading up the flooring, too, but I was already about done doing so. And, off I went with our new flooring. Lumber Liquidators is conveniently located off the 405 freeway, with a private lot shared by 99 Cents Only store. Having the bitter aftertaste of the Lakewood store, I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and courtesy at this Lumber Liquidators. Purchasing flooring was simple. Of course, there was some upselling recommended, but that's expected. Overall, I had a positive experience and I recommend this Lumber Liquidators location for your flooring needs. They do have the best prices!

I purchased laminate and stair noses for my house. It takes 21 day for the order of stair noses. But they damage them in shipment and it only take 3 days to replace? Amazing!! These people have the worst customer service. I called and it took them 4 minutes just to answer the phone. Them I'm put on hold for 5 minutes for them to get on their computer. Then put on hold two more times. I was on the phone for 30 minutes just to told my order did not arrive and was damaged. Now I have to wait again? I asked for free delivery of stair noses & was told they can't do that. Wow!! They have no problem accepting your money.

Mike and the team were so professional! Excellent product and install they made seem so easy, which involved cutting out the old flooring around existing cabinets. We absolutely love the new floors and highly recommend this company!!

NIGHTMARE - Be ware!! I would NOT recommend if you 1.) have a time frame 2.) want quality work 3.) expect estimators to be able to give accurate assessment of the job. Cons: Scheduling is difficult and the office will pull workers off of the job before they are done, causing more delays; sloppy work; estimators grossly did not accurately assess the job leading to more miscommunications/delays; office staff does not care about customer service; multiple times when I came to check on the guys they were not working - not motivated to get the job done (although it was close to a holiday, unacceptable when I'm still paying for the service). Pros: Workers are nice and generally polite We used the referral from Lumber Liquidators and were told Alexander was one of the "Best installers." We were only installing about 700sq ft upstairs plus the staircase in our house. We were initially told the job should only take 2 around days given it's click flooring. The estimator is suppose to give a 10% fringe on materials, and I would expect that he would be able to see if there is anything else needed (materials to level the floor, T nose for molding and etc.). The carpet was up and completely exposed for the estimator to get a good view. However, we had to re-buy supplies 2x because the base molding wasn't properly measured, the stair case person needed to almost triple the amount of bullnose and we had to run to Home Depot to get the guys extra materials to fill areas of the floor that were slightly uneven (and there are still areas of the floor that were not thoroughly checked and left uneven due to sloppiness). Scheduling/communication was terrible but they finally sent 3 guys + a stair person. Using 3 guys, it's taken them 4 days to do 700sq ft of Bamboo click flooring, which is incredibly slow given it's CLICK /floating, but the work wasn't even detailed, all they did was lay for floor and nail the base molding.The person that came to do the stairs didn't get a single thing done on his first day and then only did 2 stairs the second day! At first I thought it was a joke, our stairs only have beam through the bottom stair, and the rest of the banister is floating, so it should have been quite simple. It's now day 4 and the stairs AREN'T done, which is unacceptable in itself, but now the office has told us they have put that person on another job and they won't send someone out to finish for another couple of days. Then they tried to accuse us of holding them up because we had movers come, which is a complete lie because when the movers arrived, the guy doing the stairs was packing up. IM 7 MONTHS PREGNANT AND ALL I WANT IS FOR THE FLOORS TO BE DONE! Don't let the prices fool you, we thought Alexander prices were good, until they nickel and dime you for everything! Their labor is basically just for monkey work, doesn't include anything beyond putting the floors in place, which is why the quality is poor. They charge extra to make the floors flat, they don't seal up your base molding, we had doors that didn't close because of the base molding (but of course they didn't check). Once all of these things were added up, they were actually MORE expensive than other places we looked at. Bottom line, I wish we had spent a little more money to go with a company that has more integrity in their work product and customer service. There were a ton of unexpected pop up fees and headaches. All customers deserve to be valued and if a job is scheduled, it should be worked on until completion instead of the office managers overbooking. Estimators should be able to give an accurate picture of the task at hand (it's not like the floors moved between when he came to do the estimate when when the workers started). The whole experience was over promised and under delivered.

Although, I feel like refrigerator should last longer than 3 years I was promptly helped and assisted by the manager Anthony. I didn't want to spend $500 on another refrigerator but he made the process very simple easy and fast. I appreciate his customer service. I would also like to add that Lowes should provide a recycling program if your previous appliances were purchased from them. I KNOW they will refurbished my refrigerator and sell it. Some sort of discount should be issued, customer loyaltY!. Company's are moving away from this, making it very difficult to with stand competition.

My floors look amazing and this is the best company to work with. !!
