Flooring

I would NEVER EVER use this company again! We are looking to install new laminate floors to my new home. Daniel comes in and did a measurement. He seems to be a very nice person and his quote is reasonable so we have agreed to go with his service. Half way through the project, ugly things came along: 1. They messed up with the sink valve so it was leaking. They told me the builder did not install the sink correctly at the first place. Their people were all gone at that time, so we have to pay extra for a plumber to come fix it and have the sink and toilet installed back on. The plumber told us that the leaking was caused by inapproporate removal of the sink . So who is telling the lie? 2. They did not do a correct measurement on the stairs so they have request us to pay additional money for extra materials. The materials takes a few days to come in, so we basically have to move in with the stairs unfinished; 3. They messed up our baseboard. Daniel never mentioned anything about the baseboard issue. So basically they have removed our new baseboard and reinstalled after the floor is done. All baseboard were cracked and have small pin holes all over them. It is really ugly to look at. I argued with them, they said we will need to ask a painter to do the caulking and painting for the baseboard, which takes... approx $1000. Excuse me? You just happened to forgot to mention this to us before we agreeing to do the floor??? Or as a consumer i was suppose to know what is caulking and how that is not included in the flooring work??? 4. Finally they have came in and finished the stairs. After that they have send me a final bill, which is $150 more than the original invoice. I immediately wrote back and showed him the original invoice. He first claimed that his invoice is just for labor, so the final invoice is for labor only. I insists that the quote is for both material and labor, so whatever payment we made to the store should be counted toward the total invoice. He finally agreed so this ugly contract has finally comes to a end. Now we have to pay additional $150 for plumbing, $150 for extra materials, and maybe $1000 more for fixing the baseboard. Our entire house is new, now we have to live with those ugly baseboard. I would not recommend any friend to this company ever!!!

Knowledge, helpful. Always busy though! Doors, trim and hardware.

Good

Dave came out right away same day as a matter of fact took all of our measurements for tile and carpet relay need padding replaced...we had our estimate and floor plan drawing by the end of the day. They sent us Jessie and his helper William to do our tile...Jessie has a great understanding about tile and is very helpful with designing the direction of your tile to help open up a narrow room....he did a great job laying tiles out over and over until we got the perfect design...William was a great helper, really on top of things and he does great cuts to get a perfect fit. We had a great experience with these two men and would recommend them to our family and friends Kc floors has good pricing and is quick to get your job done... Come back later for my comments on the carpet relay...should be installed in the next few days

Very pleased with Memo and Misty's handling of an issue with a dishwasher. Very pleased customer

This is the best place I've gotten the privilege of experiencing. The people are super friendly. Josh installed my awning. Super professional work and I've had lots of compliments on it. Jason did our flooring and boarders. Wow. Talk about attention to detail. Everything is perfectly lined up. The floors are amazing! I still look at the flooring and boarders and just say wow. I couldn't be happier with all the work that we have had done. 👍 Great job!

Items are easy to find. Personnel very helpful. Great place for small and large projects.

I have used DNA for years for my carpeting, hardwood floors, tile work and baseboards. They do excellent work, show up on time, and are all around great guys. I highly recommend them!

Ok

The Flooring Co. was great to do business with. They were responsible, professional and 100% delivered on what they were contracted to do. One of the head office guys, Loney provided us with excellent customer service and follow thru. We would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Sun City area! Thanks again team Flooring Co!

Overstuffed aisles! Too much packed into everywhere. Hard to navigate store. Nice employees, friendly and helpful!

Rick's website says it how it is, he is kind, respectful, pays attention to detail, humble, hard working, shows up on time is pleasant to work with and did a great job on our floor. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

My wife & I shopped at several other flooring stores; including the large ones, and just didn't feel we found what we wanted. After just a few minutes in OP Flooring, we felt we were at home. My wife was very happy with the selection and found what she wanted rather quickly! Big surprise! The Staff/Owners of the store made us feel right at home. They gave us personalized service and attention. I highly recommend this place! Rich S.

Good prices, tons of selection, all the good brands, helpful staff
