Flooring

My wife Deb and i have been to a number of other flooring places. When we first entered Maple Leaf Flooring we were greeted by Jensen Tran. Jensen was very professional and high on customer service. We started with questions about their products and what we wanted for the look in our home. We needed over 1400 square feet of flooring. We wanted laminate and something else for the laundry room ,three bathrooms and the front entrance. My wife found a laminate that caught her eye. Jensen suggested a vinyl planking. A new product that had just came in. What a match. Jensen discussed the installation prceedures and whom will be doing the installation. We requested assessment. It followed by a quote which Jensen came out and did. The great service didn't just end there . The poor guy delivering over 170 cases of laminate had his work cut out. We had a team of three fellows installing the laminate and a team of two installing the vinyl planking. These both groups of staff work with Maple Leaf Flooring. What a outstanding job. Extremely professional and fantastic job done by all. My wife and i would highly recommend Maple Leaf Flooring. P.S they also do cabinets.

Joe came out to look at my job, gave me a very reasonable price and had the job done the next day. First experience, excellent. With I knew about Reno ready floors a few years ago.

Pam is incredible! We were in the store several times over the course of a few weeks trying to decide what would work best in our home and always received genuine, caring service. Our new custom area rugs are fantastic. We will be highly recommending this End of the Roll location to others.

A big shout out to Flooring Superstores for a terrific job done on the flooring (mostly carpet and some linoleum) on the lower level of our home. It took us some time to made a final decision but our consultant (Kerrie) was patient, helpful and did not apply sales pressure. We appreciated that. It was a big project and had lots of moving pieces (pool table needed moving, toilet out/in) with several items to organize and schedule. Both Kerrie and Larry (the installation person) were accommodating and thankfully the project was done in three days. We are happy with the end result and Larry did a fabulous job on the installation. The company also removed and disposed of the old carpeting. I would have no hesitation in providing an extraordinary recommendation for Flooring Superstore, its staff and its professionalism. Very grateful. L Brunner

Great flooring and design company. They have a really good design team. Highly reccomended.

Friendly staff, and excellent selection with fair pricing. Have used them on three (3) separate occasions. They are the go to place if you are looking for carpeting.

Awesome manager and staff. Nice looking warehouse.

Very nice!

We have serious disputes with the job quality of this company.

Great selection and pricing. Excellent customer service and quality of carpet. I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.
