Flooring

They did own hardwood. Very pleased and a quick install on our main floor.

Nufloors in Sherwood Park just installed carpet in our home and we couldn't be happier with the service and the install. The store staff was very helpful and patient while we decided on the product and the installers were quick, clean and friendly. The price was right and we would definitely use Nufloors again for flooring installation.

We visited Quality Red Tag Floors while we were searching out laminate floor options and we were immediately impressed with John's low pressure/no pressure conversation. By the time we left, we knew what options he offered, which one would work best for our situation, and why we were choosing the product we chose! He recommended one that was less expensive than what we thought would be necessary, and he explained why. We left his store far more educated and confident in our purchase decision. John supplied us with everything we needed, including installation. I would recommend John and Quality Red Tag Floors to anyone looking for flooring. The quality and service was exceptional right from sales to closing.

This is the first time I used Action Flooring and was delighted to come home to a great looking carpet. No issues at all. Exactly what was quoted and no surprises. I also recommend these guys to a friend and he said they were very helpful to him. Thank you Action Flooring.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. They purchased countertops from us (Cascade Countertops) in December of 2017 and have not paid the balance of their bill. We have tried phoning them repeatedly for collection and do not get any response. We have a signed contract and there are no issues with the countertop and yet we cannot get the bill paid. Our option is to lien the house of the customer that the countertops were installed for. I would be very careful before doing any business with this company. I would absolutely not recommend giving them a deposit. They look to have a nice website and seem reputable. Beware.

Very good selection of tile, staff is friendly. Recommend this location if you're looking for unique European tiles or tiles not offered by big stores. However, the owner is extremely arrogant. He's got 4 stores and all he cares about is his operating cost. Plus, goodluck returning un unopened box. They have no return policy. They would do it for builders but not for retail... his excuse:"logistics". Anyways, if you like nice tiles and don't care about customer service, that's your place!

Great customer to work with. Very knowledgeable and reliable.

We are in the midst of doing a spring spruce up of the interior of our home, new windows, interior doors, trim etc. I sent out an email request for quotes on all of our interior doors along with all closet bifolds to a couple specialty suppliers in Edmonton, one of them being Timbertown Edmonton South location. I called before hand and spoke to Dave at the order desk, explained what I was looking for and he told me to send all info to his email. I sent all of what we were looking for and a cpl hrs later received a call with a few questions to get some clarity on my request. Dave understood what we were looking for and told me he would have a quote back to me in a couple days. We received a fully broken down quote the next day, piece by piece, item by item. I reviewed the Timbertown quote to the others and found that they were about 5-7% higher than the next proponent. Dave called back to follow up on his quote and I explained the difference in pricing, I suggested to stop in to speak to him in person to see if there was any wiggle room. The next day I stopped in, we reviewed the items that stood out and Dave offered to beat the competitors price by up to 5-7%. After a bit of negotiating we agreed on pricing and placed the order. Dave had told me the order would take a three weeks or so to get in and get everything ready. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a call, everything was in and would be ready for pick up/ shipping in two days. Like any home renovation we ran into a few hiccups, I called Dave and asked for some help as best he could with such short notice, this happened twice by the way. Dave said he wouldn't promise anything but would try, he called back within an hour of each of our dilemma's and had us back up to speed within an hour. All I can say is I have never been treated so great at anytime during a home reno, Dave goes out of his way to make things right and get you on your way. My experience at Timbertown has been nothing shy of fantastic, from dealing with Dave, to the guys in the shop, the support staff when you walk in to the tireless effort from the delivery driver. I will be going back for all of my needs that Timertown can help me out with, you have won a customer for life. Thank you, Darvin Puhalsky
