We purchased several pieces of chairs and tables for our patio and pool area a couple of months ago. The quality was outstanding!The furniture was very comfortable and easy to keep clean. We highly recommend this company to all who are looking best sofa company in Vancouver area.

I was in this store this morning to buy a gift for my friend before she went back home. There was a very unwelcoming Asian lady. She completely ignored my existence in the store and never responded to my "Good morning"! No only that, she simply walked out of the store and left me there wondering "Why is she being so mean?". I thought people who work at the airport are well educated enough to deal with passengers from different races, but unfortunately not in this store. For me, this is my last time entering that place and I hope that lady behave herself well, otherwise no one will step into there. CANADA IS A MULTICULTURAL COUNTRY. EVERYONE SHOULD BE RESPECTED NO MATTER WHAT!

We purchased a 2 beds, and more, Rick was really helpful and positive, but the delivery was not so great, Rick 6 stars, delivery 4 stars, 6+4/2=5stars

Mixed experience I had a mixed experience. I purchased a fairly expensive couch on layaway. I really appreciated having that payment option. Through this experience though, I learned that it would have been a good idea for me to ask them not to cover the couch with fabric until closer to the final payment. I realized that the original colour chosen would not work as well as I originally thought. I asked if I could change it and pay for the added cost. They were a firm no. So now I have a couch that I paid a lot of money for and it is alright in the space but not great. The quality is very good and I am happy with that. I wasn't happy that the sales staff did not inform me of added costs at the time of purchase such as delivery and unpacking the item. So, that wasn't appreciated. However, the delivery guys were AMAZING! "David the Great" and "Guy the Beautiful" who does very charming poses were so helpful, funny, friendly and went the extra mile. They provided great customer service and redeemed my expe

I am shocked by the conversation I just had with the employee at this store. I was inquiring on delivery of my item and he ranted at me for five minutes, called me "incredibly stupid" (I'm not BTW) and hung up on me. Really? This is how to conduct business and build a reputation? I really wanted my lounge chair but I will not do business with a company that treats people this way.
