Sorry for the loss of the building. Loved the service. Glad to hear about the rebuild

Friendly helpful service and excellent quality product! Willing to go the extra mile for customers!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of selections. Competitive prices.

Crooks. They couldn't deliver my daughters bed when they promised. They gave us the run around and when we asked for a refund, they said we have to wait until a customer comes in to make a payment LMAO! Right! If I did that...I would be a skeleton! lol So they extorted money from us and now Im gearing up for small claims court.

Great service and very good deals

Friendly service, great selection, and awesome plans

Matt and staff are a pleasure to deal with. Also price matched my new washerand actually beat it! Small town service! Go see them today!

Very helpful people, knowledgable. Highly reccomend.

As a young newly wed couple we went into the store the other day to look at beds the staff was more than courteous to us, they always go above and beyond expectations. We ended up purchasing a new bed and bed frame from the furniture department. Both sales staff were amazing. They take the time to help you and make sure that you are getting what you need not what you want. The sales staff are not pushy or judgmental (we came in sweats not looking our best) and someone is always there to assist you. We will make sure that we recommend the sales staff to all our friends and family.

Terrible customer service experience at the Winnipeg Leons on Sunday evening. We went to the store to buy a Whirlpool range. The sales associate initially seemed very enthusiastic explaining about the product. When we asked about price matching on the exact same model at a local competitor (who were selling it for $550 less than Leons price), the sales associate so awkwardly walked away from us saying that we do not match such prices. We had showed him the price on the competitor website and this fellow so rudely asked us that if they are selling it for that much, why do not we go and buy from them. This sales representative did not bother to ask his reporting/duty/store managers, if they could honor a competitor price (as stated on the company website). This was the most embarrassing shopping experience we have ever had.

We had a fantastic experience! Mary was a great sales associate that helped us find an even better deal than what we came in for! She was friendly, hospitable and had a genuine interest in our purchase! Would definitely go back in the future!

I bought a beautiful bed from here and it's still awesome good reasonable prices and they gave you brand new sheets it's worth looking around here there's something for everyone.. My bed is still nice and firm and I've had it for awhile now.. Good service and they care..

Kudos to Rosalie and Simon for helping us out make our transaction as easy as possible. Super friendly and accomodating. Gives us ample information and the best deals you can think of. Very nice experience! We highly recommend this store!
