Nice people and staff !

Excellent customer service and high quality products

Fantastic customer service. Amazing.

We have a Warranty claim and after 4 years I am using this for the first time. I have no expectations and I just follow their steps on how to go about it. After everything is settled they replace my sofa and my table and I am so happy for the kind of service I get. I will certainly recommend The Brick at Regent.

Great customer service

Very pleasant experience. Greeted at the door by the store manager Chris, assisted by Beth. Friendly and knowledgeable about his store products. No pressure sales tactics and allowed us to roam freely without interference. We appreciated the fact that most of the furniture in the store is North American made. Good prices and quality compared to the other furniture stores we visited. He made our purchase experience stress free. Mike and Pauline

Bunch of thrives work at this place

Best no frills honest local furniture company around.

I couldn't be any happier with my experience here. I have shopped around everywhere at the big box stores. No "pushy" sales people here and ended up purchasing the identical couch here for a few hundred $$ less than the big box stores.

Lots of choice for many reno needs

Great place for unique furniture and decor. Knowledgeable, helpful staff.
