Very nice store great selection I was very impressed

I love this store! The staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable, and i love how the products are always changing! Such a fun store!

Recently I had my dinning chairs upholstered at Ideal Furniture and was impressed with their quality of work and service. Krystina the owner of the company is honest and knowledgeable. I just dropped the chairs at their showroom and she did a perfect job of color matching, the chairs looked as good as new, all at a reasonable price. Awesome Job Ideal Furniture, would recommend Ideal furniture to anyone who wants to upholster their furniture. Vincent

This has been a great experience. I got great furniture at a great Price. the sales Shawn were very helpful and kind. I will definitely recommend them to my friends . Really great service.

Great service provided by Prince at this location. I returned to this location for the third time to experience their good service. Prince was very patient with my picky nature and helped me measure the furniture on the spot to ensure it will be a good fit in the room. Highly recommend Prince and Ritz Furniture to others.

Professional service and great prices. Alco of Canada offered a discount and free shipping on my order. I'm very satisfied and will be ordering again in the near future.

DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS!!!! I PURCHASED FROM BAD BOY FINCH LOCATION A COUCH & LOVESEAT. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE COMPANY NAME TO POOR KWALITY IMPORTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AFTER SIX MONTHS OF PURCHASE IN A HOUSE HOLD OF 1 PEARSON NO KIDS NO SPOUSE MY COUCH & LOVE SEAT HAS MANY RIPS & TEARS IN THE BACK DUE TO NO PADDING IN THAT AREA. I APPLIED FOR WARRANTY & KWALITY IMPORTS LTD. DENIED MY CLAIM TWICE! I TRIED REACHING OUT TO THEM AS BAD BOY FURNITURE SUGGESTED AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO HELP KNOWING I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PARTS NEEDED!

Canadian Furniture moved out. Auxim Plastics Inc moved in here

DONT GO THERE !!!!! I bought the mattress which is garbage after 2 months of using. The rude owner pretended that he doesn’t hear me, the whole conversation he was on the phone talking to someone else. DONT BELIVE IN ANY WORD COMING FROM HIS MOUTH, they took the money and you can forget about the warranty, returns, exchanges etc.

Jay and Dunia made our experience furnishing our whole dream home an amazing experience. Their attention to detail, exceptional design advice and professionalism was beyond compare. I have recommended them to so many people! 10+ star rating from us.
