My partner and I went in to gather some information on mattresses ......was greeted by Adam who walked us through our shopping experience like a Pro....asking questions and listening to the answers . We were so impressed we ended up buying in the first visit without shopping around .

Worst place for Ikea to have chosen for its pick up point. 2/3 employees I dealt with were both snarky and rude. The only nice one was their receptionist. Poor layout for picking anything up in a car, and they won't lift a finger to help you load anything, they'll stand around and do nothing instead. Maybe they're decent for other freight, but I'll be going over to the Ikea store or shipping to myself from now on. Horrible experience. Horrible service.

Great service the prices of donated clothes are a little pricey.

Great prices for good furniture and appliances.

We bought a stove, dishwasher and a fridge from MacArthur's a couple of months ago because we heard they were the best company to rely on for warranty. We had a problem with our new induction stove and they went above and beyond to make sure what happened at the factory was corrected. We are extremely pleased with the way they stand behind their products and follow through with their warranty. Five years ago we did not go with MacArthurs with the appliances we bought and learnt our lesson the hard way. This time we went with them and got the five year warranty:)

Good product, good prices, efficient cashiers.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. The lady was very rude and freaked out at my husband for waiting in the personal parking spot that is used for HER customers because she thought he wasn’t a customer. Will not be returning.
