Furniture

Excellent service

They don't keep to appointment and no forms of apology, they drop half of the furniture and promise to send someone to fix it..I ended fixing it myself( I was really hurt)because I paid in full

We ordered an ottoman, custom sized to fit a small space. The piece is elegant and the workmanship is flawless. Thank you, we are so happy with the outcome.

Worst place. Never go here. More price and they never do delivery on time. They told me 2 days time for delivery but took more than one week for delivery. Worst place

Mina was fantastic! She took great care in ensuring that we had all the information needed to make our purchase. Her attention to detail and caring nature was greatly appreciated. She looks after her customers! Happy Holidays!

That is My Work place

Good price excellent service. We just pick up a table set ,decided to change the two corners chairs and the manager was call to make this possible ,he help us bringing differents chairs to match .. Nice to see a manager like that.

I wish I could give no ZERO stars... These people are liars and thieves!! Do not trust them with your money or time. My mother bought couches from them a week ago. She gave them $1500 and was told she would receive her couches the following week. My mother called them several times and there was no answer. She went to visit the store to only find it empty with no one or any furniture!! I'm shocked that there's some evil businesses out there that would take someone's hard earned money and just up and leave like that!! Do not trust them!

Best high end furniture of Toronto

Great selection of furnitures and quality.

The best quality furniture you can get in the area. The friendliest and most professional staff too!

Cool place but because of the way the contracts are done with their consignors, they won't lower the price to the already indicated lower price until the day they agreed appon. We went to buy a table, they said in 2 days the price was going to drop $250, even though we were there ready to take it away, they wouldn't give us the lower price until 2 days later.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Delivery was just dropped off, garbage left, couch wasn't even prepared for leg installs.

Maria B. gave us exceptional customer servcie in buying and getting our furntiure delivered on time. They definatley have best variety in town for any kind of upscale furniture. I would definatley be going back to Modern Sense for future funtriture needs.

The people here are friendly and there stuffs are very affordable compare to what you get elsewhere and they deliver on time, and they are patient with u when ur choice

Asked to use their washroom. Told me customers only. They got furniture for well over $1000 in there and they are worried about one person using their washroom for two minutes. Greedy greedy greedy. There were'nt even any customers in the store at the time. Just employees standing around doing nothing. Guess the potential law suit is worth it.
