Do not deal with the Brick New Glasgow. We ordered a washer/dryer on line 3 weeks ago with delivery on October 1st. We had heard no update from the New Glasgow store. On the 30th, I hired someone to remove our old washer/dryer. Yesterday morning I phoned the store to ask what time our new set was arriving. I was told the dryer was there but the washer wouldn't be in for 6 WEEKS!! I was stunned, why wasn't I notified, either by the store or on line. No attempt to make right was offered. I demanded my money, the manager said I could only get store credit!! False info. It states orders can be cancelled and money returned prior to delivery! My daughter tried and tried to call to tell her this info. She blocked our numbers. Not only that, she called my friend, who also has had a nightmare with this store, for HER to tell ME I couldn't get my money back....WHAT!! I ended up calling a manager in the Halifax store, who had my money returned ASAP. AS a manager don't you know your policies??

Great deals and great customer service. This is my go to store when I need something.
