Great people.

Amazing craftsmanship and service. Laz completed our project on-time and within budget. Super friendly guy with great furniture designs and execution. Highly recommended!

Abysmal customer service! The owner yells at customers looking to bargain with him.

The best place to buy rugs 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The best prices you will find anywhere for Herman Miller products however they are not an authorized dealer. I paid extra for a receipt however after registering with Herman Miller I believe the warranty is not valid thru the manufacturer directly, however the price makes up for it. Show room is a little chaotic and full of used chairs for sale, but again the prices are almost half of other stores like EQ3.

Great guys to deal with

They are nice guys when u walk until they take your money, but they have 0 in costumer service, everything came late some stuff missing quality so cheap thats why u buy so good deals and they wont try to help u after at all, they just want your money no returns no nothing please dont let them fool u and go somewhere else and always have everything in paper because they are thiefs some day karma will get them people work too hard for the money not like them taking money from costumers and not giving anything in return just they smile but smile as much as u can karma will get them, please be aware and stay far away from them lots of nice places to go just when u have trust and then they lough at u from the back

I was referred to the store by my sister who had just bought a lot of furniture from Accent Furniture after moving. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the owner who had a friendly demeanor and was very helpful. I found the prices to be more than reasonable for I had been looking for some time. When the time was close for the delivery of the things I ordered, I was told to go to the Warehouse to make another fabric choice for my couch because the fabric was discontinued. They too were very accommodating and let me take all the time I needed to make a choice.(from a very large selection ) I would add. I got to meet the delivery team a second time and I found them to be very hardworking making every effort to make a good impression. They were polite and funny. I would rate them very highly for they did their job in a very professional manner. I would rate my experience with the store, the Warehouse and the delivery team 9/10. I am very happy with the pieces I chose at Accent furniture.

Agreement of the store when you buy anything and pay for the delivery to the store... (12.) National furniture distributes LTD will not accept responsibility for any damages to private property during delivery. Claims if any must be made directly to carrier only... It means, the carriers customer is the store, because the store orders for you delivery and if the delivery guy damages the furniture and you claim to carrier, they can say, who are you? we don't have any deal with you.. This is paragraph 12.. there are lots of tricky paragraphs..

I purchased a sofa over the phone after an online inquiry and couldn't be happier with the service & delivery I received. Thank you to Kathleen for walking me through the purchasing process and helping me organize delivery very promptly after item had arrived at warehouse If I could give the 2 delivery men that helped me 5stars I would!! They were extremely patient and professional during the whole delivery ordeal that was plagued by outside circumstances. (Another truck took my loading dock spot, concierge disorganization, non-ideal loading dock area to service elevator, elevator problems) I was quite stressed with all these sudden problems in what was meant to be a simple delivery but their assurance was very comforting and I appreciated it I would definitely purchase again in the future

Good-looking furnitures made with the best materials, great people too.

Was there not too long a go. Bad customer service and rid my date.

Our experience with the Mississauga location was great! The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, prices were just right. It was delivered within a decent timeframe. Would definitely recommend and return for all my furniture purchases
