We are always greeted with a smile when we shop here and the staff are always able to offer suggestions for specific age ranges if we are unsure of what we are looking for. We love to support local, which makes shopping here that much better. Highly recommend!

The experience my wife and I had with Peter and his crew at Surplus was beyond phenomenal!!! 5 stars is not even close to being enough to be able to explain my experience! From the moment we walked in Peter helped so much through out! Any questions we had he answered beyond expectations! The quality of service that was provided is far more then a 5 star!!! We will be buying so much more from Peter and his team!!! Prices are beyond great! The layout of the store is great! Quality of the product and the service provided is Amazing! I can not say enough how much I enjoyed the experience! We will be back! We will be recommending you to anyone we know who is looking for furniture!!! I have met with the owners of this company and they are good honest, hard working entrepreneurs. They offer many services which I didn't even know they did. Every contractor should know what they do. I wish I met them years ago when I was contracting.

Great service and information about spa water care by a pleasant young woman with a slight accent.

Lisa and Randy at Lakno Furniture provided exceptional customer service. I was looking to order chairs manufactured by VIG furniture and no other shops I called within Canada were willing to order them for me. Lisa was more than willing to place the special order for me, even though she no longer carried VIG furniture products in store. Randy went above and beyond and helped my friend take the items out of the boxes and load and place them in her vehicle. It was a really tight squeeze but he spent time trying to get them to fit, while being careful to avoid any damage. I am a very happy customer!
