Update. Dealing with the delivery drivers and customer service has been a complete nightmare. I'm tempted to tell them to come pick up everything that we bought and give us a full refund. I'm now waiting for the 3rd delivery truck to give us everything that we paid for. I've had to call them 3 times with mistakes they have made. the last driver finally dropped off the hose for the dryer which isn't working. can they exchange it? no I have to make a warranty claim for it even though it was dead on arrival. They have one chance to make this right. First thing an item was delivered with a stain on it. Second thing they didnt deliver any of our additional parts for our Landry Third thing they missed an item completely that we wanted to purchase. Fourth thing a week after the first delivery with no laundry they deliver the dryer part but not the washer part. Fifth thing the dryer doesn't work. Sixth thing they want us to wait another 2 days for the part for the washer. Seventh thing I have to make a warranty claim against a dead on arrival Dryer. I will update this review once they either fix everything or continue to drop the ball. Thank you Robert for helping my husband and I with our appliances and furnishing our new home. You let us pick out everything we wanted and made sure we got the best deal. Your product knowledge with appliances was exactly what we needed to make the right choice and to top it off you knew so much about the mattresses that you were able to help us make the right decision based on our needs for my neck issues and my husbands quality of sleep! I cant say enough good things about you. We will always ask for your help in the future when it comes to buying our home furnishings!

Pretty awesome - no appointment and my sofa cushion fixed in under 5 minutes and with a smile. Thank you so much

Our puppy chewed up the arm of an heirloom rocking chair and once Vlad was finished with it, you would have never known there was any damage. Can't recommend him enough!

Really recommend this place

Friendly Service and convenient prices. Great deals on "Black Sundays" ALL 30%OFF

High-end, quality furniture and great staff. It's a very nice and very big store, just wandering around the showroom is a pleasant walk!

Fluff Designs staged my house on 4 day advance notice. A quick turnaround time to measure, layout, select and set up. Installation was done in 1 day, expertly by Fluff Designs' Francesca and Karolina. Their furniture and accessories installation creates an up-to-date contemporary family home. Photographer remarked this made the MLS photos stand out. Buyers appreciate the staging: they can imagine living in my home with Fluff Designs' layout. Pleasant, professional and talented is the summary description of Francesca and Karolina. AP. Vancouver BC Aug 2018

Pleaseant Staff. Quien and Easy system. In and out fast and I bought 2 full rooms! Faster delivery would have been nice. Pay a Ton Of Cash & Wait 3 wks +? Not cool

Everything in this shop has the “perfection” label on it.

Manish was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He gave me a great price on the sofa bed I wanted and when it wouldn't fit into my place he worked with me to come up with a solution. I would definitely deal with him again.

I went to La-Z-Boy Coquitlam dreading the shopping experience as I hate shopping for furniture. Nicole greeted me and helped me with my purchases. She was patient, she offered suggestions, she listened to me and made the experience a wonderful one. There was no pressure. The furniture was delivered on time, and I appreciated that as well. I plan to return to this La-Z-Boy for future purchases. Thank you!

Best furniture shopping experience ! We came in to browse hoping to find a sectional sofa. The staff and management are friendly, helpful and left us to shop. No harassing or being followed around like other stores. Best price and we found what were looking for!

Clean store, great breakfast and coffee specials. Ordered online and picked up some furniture. Was straightforward, seamless and without hassle. Was my first time ordering online, and I just had to follow the clear and well placed signs to figure out the process.
