Furniture

Very affordable pricing. I liked how the staff member didn't push us to buy any certain products like some of the other mattress shops nearby do. We got a great deal on our mattress and were able to receive the mattress just 1 day after our purchase.

Furnished my company's new office with Omni Office Furnitures. Competitive price, good quality, good service.

Ok

Great experience

Great deals on beds. At the risk of sounding like a mattress commercial, dont cheap out on a mattress from somewhere else because it will only last you a few years. This Brick location also has a clearance section so you can buy high quality for far less. I'd recommend buying the mattress covers elsewhere like Winners, Ross or Marshall's. Area carpets looked pretty reasonably priced. TVs are competitively priced with the added advantage out a layout that makes sense and proper model labels so you actually buy what you were looking for.

My husband and I were looking for a 3 seater sofa, we visited LaZBoy Furniture store in Richmond. We were greeted by Elizabeth. She was knowledgable, friendly and professional. We never felt being rushed nor pressured to buy. She spent time to show us around and was very helpful to help us narrowing down which sofa we liked and which sofa would fit our need. We were impressed by her hospitality toward us and her knowledge of the products she is selling. Great experience with the Richmond location because of Elizabeth.

Picked up a new set of sofa for the new year.

Excellent quality and design at reasonable prices with customer service to match. Keep it up.

Crate and Barrel and CB2 warehouse. Closes at 16:00 on weekdays except Friday.

Extraordinary Service from the fellows in the Shop. I like the furniture, too.

Very nice place, gorgeous furniture. Everything has a custom appeal to it. The guys are nice, but in general, seem unsure to approach. We'll probably buy a few things here, but not because of the help. Just a word of advice, your GPS will mess up the location, so don't rely on it. It's on the Southside of Marine drive on the other side of the interchange. Worth the visit if country furniture is your thing.

Nice selection of mid century and antique furniture.

Rated 4 out of 5. It was a great deal on the furniture (3 piece sofa set) but the delivery driver showed up one day early , and my wife and I were both positive we had the delivery scheduled for the NEXT day. So it could have gone extremely bad with neither of us there to take the delivery.

I love this store, it sells products that we find affordable including furniture for your home - all rooms; plus all of the decor that you need for each room; bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, family room, etc. They sell beds, matress & base, couches, chairs, dressers, curtains, mirrors, wall art, etc. If you have never been, check it out, give yourself time cuz its a huge store!

Worst customer service ever. Never buy anything thing from this place . Even if the item never opened same day no return what so ever . They're super nice until they get your money. Once they got it , It turn ugly Update: August 3.2018 Few days ago the Brick head office contacted me and enquired about my issue with Surrey Branch. They were very polite and understanding. They work with me to resolve the issue . Thanks head office. Issue resolved This is the good customer service for future business.
