Furniture

i want to express my gratitude to Rod Very for his wonderful help today looking after me and my friend to meet our needs ,hIS sincere care and hard work is much appreciated

We bought everything from ScanDesign, bed, sectional, dining table, TV Stand, coffee table, chairs, etc. Best sales rep Sophia, great customer service, modern design and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend!!

We are 100% happy with our experience at Furniture land! The customer service we received from Ria was outstanding - there was a small issue with the sectional we ordered when it arrived and from the moment we mentioned it, Ria was determined to make it right which she did and very quickly! The sectional is lovely and when we need more furniture, it's the first place we will look for sure. I should add that I think that we received very good value for our dollar as well - a quality piece of furniture for a very reasonable cost. Thank you Ria!

Highly recommended! The furniture designs are very modern & unique. Price is good for the quality, and customer service is wonderful! Will be back for more for sure!

Bad

Danny was excellent help today and was able to deliver our mattress the same day. Thanks

Great service and really top of the line office furniture. Enjoy the wreckage of crashed Vancouver startups.

Bought some chairs from rick and they were great for my restaurant.

After reading bad reviews I was hesitant but the service was fine

They really know their furniture, explained a lot of things to us. completely satisfied. Don't buy furniture anywhere else, this place rocks!

I purchased two outdoor sofas, 2 large chairs, 2 coffee tables, 12 patio chairs , dining table for 8 and square table for 4. The product i purchased is bright miami white wicker with stainless steel frames. cushions are steel grey. All the patio furniture remains outdoors during the winter and still looks good as new! It is 6 years old now and looks amazing!! After the winter i pull off the covers and wipe the wicker clean with warm water and its bright white in about five minutes! Even after all the rain and snow! The cushion fabric is better then boat grade fabric ! It just does not stain! If something spills simply wipe off with a hot water cloth. Its a great fabric for kids, parties, everyday use. This product looks as good as dedon and is equally as good quality for a third of the price! You will love this product ! Bring the cushions in during winter and you will find this product outstanding. Enjoy your new patio! The wicker wipes clean with hot water

Bad experience. Don't want to name anyone specific, there was a lot of miscommunication within the team. On Saturday (December 1, 2018) we visited the store and decided to purchase an ottoman which was on sale. Paid on the same day, however, couldn't pick it up because at that time we had a small car. On Monday (December 3, 2018) I got a call from the store that the Ottoman that we chose and paid for was already sold to other customer. The strange part is when we were getting it billed, the cashier confirmed the name and model number of the ottoman from at least 2/3 persons and nobody informed at that time that the ottoman has already been sold. Wish there was better coordination and communication. Ironically, we went to this place after seeing the ratings and reviews, guess we were mistaken.
