Hardware

This is a very large and new Canadian Tire. We are lucky to have such a great one in Vernon. Lots of parking. Inner mall entrance as well as external parking side entrance.

Always good. Awesome friendly staff!

Great paint and great advise

Horrible attitude of staffs. I took my van for electrical problems and told them I doubt that it is the stereo that seems to drain my battery. Couple of hours later I was told that it is the stereo that needs to be changed and so the fuse has been removed for now. Did this really solve the problem ? No. The battery died again by morning. I was told to bring it back and when I did I was told to sign an estimate which I was told will not have to be paid. I was told that if too much work needs to be done on it, I will be called and confirmed with. After few hours, I got the call and was told that about 5 hours job was done but I will only have to pay for half an hour but I will have to take it to the company's service centre as they cannot do it. Really ??? Shouldn't you call me before doing 5 hours of job like you discussed ??? Paid $200 + for wrong diagnosis and something that they can't do. Never ever going back to them.

I like this place. Friendly service. :)

Lovee this store. Sad to see it going out of business. Always friendly staff & they actually had plenty of them in the store to help, unlike everwhere else. OSH, you will be missed

This place is the best. Well stocked and very friendly and helpful.

Well stocked and plenty of knowledgeable people to help!

Love shopping at this Ace Hardware. Immediate help! Great deals.

The staff at this Hardware store is amazing. I found myself having faith in retail all over again after my Elliot's hardware visit. This location is very nostalgic of what I loved about shopping these types stores with my father and grandfather. I came in looking casually and ended up leaving with more knowledge of different types of grills and outdoor cooking ideas than I bargained for. I enjoyed having A knowledgeable set of people around to answer the questions I had. I personally have not had great service like this at the average "big box retailer". I look forward to more future visits here and I also plan on making A future grill purchase with Elliot's. I now know they offer delivery on their grills and I also found out that they have A much larger selection of quality grilling equipment than most stores in the DFW area. Finding A Big green egg,Weber,Napolean and Traeger grill all in one convenient stop is nothing short of A miracle for A person who considers themself A "Grill snob" like me. 😁

Very helpful staff. Great for hard-to-find hardware. A classic hardware store.

I love buying from a local company. Lots of help available, too!

I love this store, compared to big Lowes or home depot. Was not going to name. My go to hardware store...

Good service

Lots of gadgets you won't find at most other stores. Seems to be becoming more of a kitchen outfitters than a department store.

great service, always find what I need

Staff member I talked to wasn't really friendly and was uninterested in helping me. Was easier to just say to go to customer service. He must have been very busy. Store has a good selection of everything you'd expect, but not everything seems to be where u expect it.

Awesome place. Could easily spend hours and thousands of dollars here. Staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
