Hardware

Make you feel like you family not just a number when you shop there

Simon in fishing section was helpful as he was very knowledgeable about the products he sells. Lots of good deals found in the store and Halloween stuff is out. Hillside Canadian Tire is a great location to get what your looking for

I am really impressed with Ron's service and knowledge. He is honest and gets the work done fast and for a great price! Thanks for your advice and great fast service! I recommend this business for all your computer needs.

Worst customer service. Snarky, dis-interested, one word answers.

If you you are looking for commercial doors and hardware this is the definitely the place to go. Very knowledgeable staff.

Got me out a jam fast with great service, products in stock and price was much less than I expected.

Amazing! So helpful with pretty much everything! One stop set dec supply shop

I inquired about replacement parts for a client. Natalia contacted the supplier and had them sent directly at no cost. Done in a day! Awesome service!

I phoned them to ask for help on a product they sell saying it was deficient, as in missing parts. They said they had nothing to do with it as they only export. As for being a family business as they state on their website. This is a lie. They refuse to help saying only to take the product back to the store. Too bad they sell rotten stuff as you end up being hurt by it not them. They could care less. I give it one star because you can't give zero stars.

I always find what I need here :) The staff is very helpful and she brought me to the right section. I normally spend at least 30-40 mins here. You can find free parking in front the store, its very huge parking lot so you can find parking space easily!

Great prices, selection and knowledge staff.

Very reasonable price on fixtures. And building material. Much cheaper than other home depot's. Big Hanging plants today mother's day on sale for $10./ Per plant Staff very friendly and helpful. I honestly recommended this store..the prices are much lower. You can find a lot of building materials in here

Stood at the paint desk for 10 minutes with no one coming to help. "Special Assistance needed at the paint desk" playing all that time in the background. I just left.

A small local distributor of lathes, mills and related accessories. I give these guys top marks for service - like when I need a part for one of my obsolete machine tools - they make the calls and get back to me within a day with a solution.

I like this Home Depot because it is big, lots of parking. Tool rental department has everything to rent. Helpful staff in the tool department. I even rented a mini excavator from there. The store itself is organized. Aisles are clear. Washrooms are good. Centrally located close to downtown.

Bought a little lock from this place, decided it was too small. Came back to return it 2 hours later and was denied a return. Guess it's really hard for them to re-package a lock. Not only are their products overpriced, they don't offer returns.

Called around to Reliable Parts and to Home Depot which didn't have the rubber O ring for my hot water dispenser (discontinued for its parts) but found it here! Thank you Wah Fai Plumbing & Heating!
