These guys were great when we were in need of an A/C unit with minutes of their closing and a very very hot day. Helped us with smiles all around and loaded it in our car. I highly recommend them.

Super helpful and friendly staff! I've finished many household maintenance and improvement projects thanks to this location.

Lee Valley is a dangerous place to visit! There are so many unique, ingenious and fascinating items that it's a mind-blowing excursion every time I go. They have so many useful inventions to make life easier that you never would have dreamed up in a million years. Their three main focuses are the gardening, woodworking and cooking but they have so much more. I'm addicted to their seasonal catalogues and always keenly anticipate my next visit. It's a must for one-of-a-kind really cool gifts, especially stocking stuffers, that will make lasting impressions without breaking your back account. Definitely check them out! I love their 90-day money back guarantee. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind, and are always happy to help you, which is a rare and happy find these days. It"s the kind of professional service that disappeared 30 years ago. It's such a welcome relief to know it's still alive at Lee Valley : )

my all time favorite place to snoop around in Vancouver.... never a disappointment

Everything is always good at this store. The cashier I had that day was just the best. I had to get a piece of wood cut and it went quickly. This store should be commended on it's hiring practice. Everybody gets a chance! Kudos to you Home Depot!

I searched various other "lumber yards" looking for some pressure-treated landscaping ties and landscaping felt. I found that Home Depot not only had a large supply and variety of landscaping materials, but was the least expensive!! I bought my materials I needed and the project is well underway. Thanks Home Depot!

Ok

Helpful staff. Smaller than the typical Home Depot, but lots of stuff to buy nonetheless. Wheelchair accessible (elevator up & ramp down).

Worst customer service in the industry thanks to your guy "Jr" J. W. Benton, part of this group, is no better, and also known for very poor customer service. Jr. must be a relative of the owner to have that kind of attitude! I was so pissed I actually called your head office in Toronto.

Our firm has worked with Latch’s for several years. We’ve worked with Laurie for many of our projects and she’s always been able to deliver us something for our clients, no matter what the budget. We’d highly recommend any homeowner, designer or contractor to reach out to Latch’s.

Our clients absolutely love Sidler products. They are always of the highest quality, and we never get complaints about any Sidler item we sell. Beautiful, high-end products, and we definitely highly recommend them.

This store has everything! If you can't find it ask the knowledgeable staff, I am amazed at their ability to direct me to the correct aisle, shelf or bin. Has a family-owned feel, fair pricing, free parking, great selection--whats not to love here!?

Good availability of hardware and hardware related items. Reasonable prices.
