I have been wearing hearing aids since I was 6 years old, I was born moderately deaf. Since they first discovered my hearing loss I have had a significant increase in my loss and now am closer to sever loss but it has stabilized in the last few years. Before Apex I was treated ok but never informed as I am here. I know hat my hearing aids can do and I know what types of aids will help in what ways. They suggested Oticon and I have never looked back! The service is excellent, the warranty is good and I will never see another place as long as I live in Calgary, I recommend them to everyone I know who might need or is getting hearing aids. Nancy is kind and patient and doesn't treat me like I am stupid, in fact she gives me confidence by explaining things to me and informing me of my choices before expressing what she feels would be best. The office staff Dorothy especially are always kind always friendly and I will be loyal to this company as long as I live in Calgary. If you want friendly, professional and first class quality then this place is exactly what you are looking for! Thank you Apex for our hard work your dedication to quality and your kindess to someone who was lost in her own mind. I truly feel "less" deaf than I have ever felt in my whole life, because I feel as if Apex has finally given me ears :) and not aids :)

Well, where to start..... I’ve been into The Hearing Loss Clinic on multiple occasions, I’ve never had a bad experience at this place of business. The staff is always friendly, helpful and professional, the office is very neat and and tidy with actual amenities! Candy, coffee, tea AND EVEN....... water. Love water. The two lovely ladies who greet you at the front counter are simply the best. Always friendly/cheery, very helpful and very prompt. If your appointment is at 2:32 PM, your in at 2:32 PM. Angie, Brianna.... here’s to you two for running a very tight ship over there at my favourite hearing clinic in the city.

Very personable and friendly service all along starting with booking the appointment till I received the results with detailed explanation.

It's terrible to realize you're losing your hearing, but the professionals at the Calgary Audiology will give you your diagnosis without mincing words. I cannot express how grateful I was to recieve a hearing aid from Calgary Audiology Clinic, it was like being given back something I didn't know I had lost. Highly recommended.

Lacey was extremely professional and personable. She was very effective in discussing hearing in a way that was easy to understand. I would recommend her and Bow River to ANYONE who is experiencing hearing issues and isn't quite sure of the next steps.

Dr Scarff kindly did a presentation for the Calgary Association of Lifelong Learners who have a monthly Health and Wellness speaker series. i recently got new hearing aids at this Cochrane location,Brooke Saxbee was the most helpful amazing practioner.she was so professional the way she determined what my needs were and what would work best for my hearing needs,Brooke explained all my options and went over and above to determine the right fit for me,the experience was top notch as she explained what my options were and how we could make the best fit for my hearing needs.i highly reccomend Brooke at the Cochrane location for all your hearing needs as it was a comfortable pleasent experience she is a true professional that gives you a great overall understanding of how to deal with ones hearing loss .thank you Brooke as my hearing aids are comfortable and have helped me tremendously.keep up the great work!
