Excellent Service. Both the front desk person and the hearing aid specialist were pleasant, friendly, helpful and accommodating to my needs. Did not find that the followup appointment was necessary as this was not my first hearing aid. This should be optional.

I had hearing loss since I was a child and was told that nothing can be done. It was in another country and I lived with my issue for years. Since I moved to Canada and was referred to see Hearing Instrument Specialist my life changed. I did hearing test and was told that I will definitely benefit form hearing aids. I’m currently pursuing my education and cannot even imagine spending my day without hearing devices. I’m very grateful to Olena Slobodian for her professionalism and dedication toward my situation. She expressed special approach to my problem and resolved everything very fast, taking into account that I was in refugee status and special steps were supposed to be taken. She is a high-class specialist and at the same time kind, understanding and very attentive to the detail’s person. I heartily thank Olena Slobodian for her hard work and for helping me hear like I never thought I would. I would highly recommend her as a specialist.

Hearing Fitness is the best hearing clinic so far. Very professional and knowledgeable specialist and staff. Sultan Yaver is a very experierienced person and always takes time to listen to his client's concerns. Always willing to help in any way he can. They truly take the time to help, solve problems, and answer any question a client may have. I advise everyone to visit the clinic for a free hearing test with a great service and an amazing experience.

Spoke with a rep - she tried to tell me it was regulated. It is NOT regulated. Pricing can be anything the company wants it to be. Hearing aids cost anywhere between $100-800 MAX (manufacturers). The companies, such as this one rack up the prices. I think it is ridiculous and corporate greed needs to end now.

Worst place ever, Dr. Raymond Ng must be a part owner force to wear hearing aids and I have to purchase from his clinic I declined. He said I must buy the $7000 dollar one and nothing else.

Two weeks ago, I took my 87 year old mom to get new hearing aids. Ben was easy to talk to, understood her needs and recommended aids within her budget without any pressure to buy something more expensive. She got the hearing aids this week and is adjusting to using it but Ben is able to see her again early next week to help her to be more comfortable learning how to insert it properly.
