Hearing Aid

I went to the Audiology Clinic Edmonton today to have an audiological assessment done. The tests went very smoothly and Ms. Kassam was very professional, personable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend The Audiology Clinic Edmonton.

Skilled technicians distributing top end equipment at a reasonable price. The service is outstanding.

It’s great to have a professional, knowledgeable, experienced hearing clinic in the area! Well run and easy to make an appointment. The hearing aid practitioner was experienced, friendly and honest. I will definately receommend this to my friends and family!

Excellent support and service, fair pricing and a primary focus on meeting customer hearing needs make this a great place to buy hearing aids! Kudos to Luke Lee for meeting my hearing needs so well.

They have been serving me for 7 years. Always have been excellent with solving any issues I have had and giving me what I need. Thank you very much.

Very friendly place

Costco has the best service ever. Cyndie at the Northeast store's hearing centre is the best. I would not think to go anywhere else. I've tried a few others and most outlets I've been to, seem to care more about their bottom line than your hearing. Thankfully, there are options out there, like at Costco.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Kirkham hearing. Allan and his staff were exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this place for sure.

Had my custom ear plugs fitted here. Prompt service (with an appointment) for the fitting. Earplugs took several weeks to arrive.

Awesome people

My experience with Bow River has been great. Lucy Guo helped me to remove my wax in short notice and Helena helped me to make this appointment immediately. It improved my hearing immensely.

This is the third year since I joined Bow River Hearing, a family business treating clients like family! I enjoy working here with a passionate team who’ll go the extra mile for patients. My biggest motivation is seeing the joyful faces of patients who can hear again with hearing aids! It’s amazing to be part of someone’s life changing experience.

Prompt and professional. My test was free due to promotion. My husband got his hearing aids at the same place. They do great follow-up after the sale. They adjusted his hearing aids and provide free cleaning. They explain everything in layman's terms so it is easy to understand.
