Hearing Aid

After 10 years of hearing aids and a few different shops this is by far my favorite place to go. Amazing service and amazing staff. This is the only place I will go from now on. They always answer all my questions and go above and beyond great service .

Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend everyone to come to this clinic to have their hearing checked. I ordered custom made ear plugs.

I needed to have my hearing checked and my dr's office recommended a few options and one of them was the Living Sounds office in St Albert. I was very impressed by office, staff, and service. My appointment was on time, and the hearing practitioner (Klinton Pilling) was very friendly and professional. I would recommend their office to anyone seeking a hearing test.

Recently went for a hearing test and had a great experience The staff are friendly and professional the receptionist even coat checked my jacket. Very clean environment in the building and thorough hearing exam. Plenty of parking out back. I would recommend living sounds hearing centre to everyone.

First visit there. Comprehensive examination and consult provided. Totally professional, comfortable, thorough service provided. Met and then exceeded my hopes and expectations. Could not recommend them more highly!

I wish I could say I had a better experience but I did not. I found he was more interested in getting me on this health care plan that would supposedly pay for my hearing aids than he was in the hearing aids themselves. The ones he recommended were rather old technology and he didn't follow up with me at all. When I finally called him he said he had been trying to get a hold of me but I had no messages or calls from him. When I said I would not be purchasing the aids he quite surprisingly became agitated and actually insulted me. I suppose he could have been having a real bad day and this was an unusual situation but nonetheless it occurred.

Ron's knowledge and professionalism was evidenced when I was referred to him for my "Severe Hyperacusis" (a rare and debilitating condition where sounds are amplified, and in my case - painful.) Prior to my appointment, Ron ensured Marcia at Reception was aware of this condition. Marcia was supportive, caring, and accommodating by ensuring my comfort in a quiet room prior to my Audiogram. This place is very clean and the staff friendly and organized. I went for a hearing test but unfortunately the push button was broken which was the only issue. However, that's completely fixable so I highly recommend them. If I could give 4.75 stars I would. The little issue was minor.

When I phoned asking for a certain dome that they were out of stock of, the lady on the phone researched exactly where I could go and find them. Extremely helpful!!!

Brandon fitted me with the Signia Hearing Aids in July 2018. I have to say that my dealings with him & Miracle Ear has been a pleasure and a great experience. Brandon was so meticulous in setting my Aids up and making sure that they worked perfectly for me. He set it all up on my IPhone so my phone rings on my Aids. I also got the Blue Tooth for my TV, and it is an absolutely wonderful feature. Now I can watch TV and hear the audio clearly like never before, even if the audio on the TV is muted. Without hesitation, I recommend Brandon & the Miracle Ear Product to anyone who has a hearing problem. I am so satisfied and happy.
