Very Clean.Iwas only there for a few minutes visiting a friend.

This is my 2nd stay here at Heritage Manor Rehab center in Flint,Mi. I choose to cone back to Heritage because i was treated like family . The staff really cares about my well being.I am truly grateful for Heritage. I enjoy early morning convefsations with the receptionist.

I wanted to talk to a resident and was rudely greeted

When I contacted Visiting Angels, my mother had been diagnosed with beginning dementia. I realized she had a problem but had no idea what it was until I was told by her physician. The director at Visiting Angels, Joyce Stallings, paired me with a woman who became me and Mom's angel. She assisted me in helping with all of my mother's daily needs. Sometimes people with dementia will not bathe and that was one of the problems we encountered. The caregiver brought my mother food with her own money, took her out on daily excursions and in general became my right hand in caring for Mom. Eventually, we had to move Mom into my home, and the caregiver was there with us until my mother recently departed this life. Without the assistance of this caregiver, I would not have been able to give mom the last peaceful, days she deserved.

I have worked at Meadowbrook for the last 12 years. Chartwell is a wonderful company to work for . The best part of my job is coming in everyday and be greeted by the wonderful residents that live here.

Stillwater seems to hand-pick their staff - they are all very friendly and genuinely care about the people they serve. My mother is happy and extremely well looked after. It's always clean and the food is even decent. I'm very happy that my mother spends her final years in such a lovely, caring atmosphere.

I can't say enough about the excellent care Homewatch has been providing for my Mom and continues to provide. Mom feels very at ease with all the staff. A special thank you to Mark and Robert for your daily care and compassion.

Hey , this is Elizabeth Swain and i would like to save my mother Mrs Sandra Swain , i dont know who is responsible in poisioning her but i want it to stop noone derserves to die like that i love my mom and she made mistakes i guess who didnt , but i will work with her and make her better , i want all medication to stop or i go viral on the internet about the health is poison people with slow death its not right. people with health care is suppose to save lifes no matter what they do . i just want just water for her all mediaction stops and just showers too , thankyou Miss Elizabeth Swain

My friend was discharged 2 weeks ago. Doctor was supposed to sign for medication, yet to happen. I've been calling the manager, Mrs Vanessa Threats, still no return call from her or the doctor. Hall of shame is next. Since I can't update status, 2 weeks, 2 days and counting.
