Grandmother has been on the waiting list for months, in the care of my 87 year old grandpa. Was told it would be 3 weeks. It’s now 2 months later and she is now in the ICU, after a fall. Not responding and will never come back to us. Thanks Bayfield. Must take lots of $$ to get ahead of everyone else!

Terrible Place There aren't any good nurses here Only two good cna B and I think the other one was demeka The lady over activities is the worst She has nothing plan for the resident same stuff everyday She think she runs the places which cause a lot of good workers to leave They should go find those 2 previous girls that work ( Derrica & Mya) there they were great with the residents The building needs to be update It has all type of problems I give this place one star on behalf of the kitchen they sometimes cook nice food

Very nice place nice people working there

We moved my father out of his last family home in May of 2018, that he was in for more than 20 years. That was a very difficult time for us all, but the staff were the first thing I noticed. They are so accommodating, friendly, caring and very attentive to all the needs of each and every member of the community. Recently we had to move my father to a new facility do to his decline in health and the increase in long term care needs. The new facility is very nice; however, I must say that I wish he was still at Stonehaven. When the topic of retirement homes comes up in conversation, I always tell people they HAVE to go to Stonehaven if they have not already been there. If they say they are just starting to look at places online first, I tell them Stonehaven needs to be the first place to take a tour.

My mother has been a resident at Stonehaven for over three years now. Our family is very grateful to the warm and caring staff for tending to her specific needs. They truly give their hearts to all the residents and their families, making it an amazing place. The staff works hard to fill the days with fun, interesting activities, healthy services (food, exercise) and physical and emotional support. Dedicated people, from the maintenance and dining staff, all the way to the PSWs and management, make this an exceptional place to live. The facility is clean, well-kept and presents a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Stonehaven to families that are looking for a place for their loved ones to live!
