Once in, you might regreat it! Because a few years ago four residents complaind to the Minisrt of Health that they were touched unapropertly by staff. Talking to Joeanne about Morag will not go anywhere because of their personal involment with each other, so be warrned. The two Cindys are the same way. Freylekh. Hillel is no ware near beingg orthodox. It is a goyim farce! The wound care specialist c has no idea about wounds. The soars that she looks after get worse. All there managers got there jobs becuase of family conections. M keeps her job because of charity. Losers! The building was also sued there times? M is not aloud access to staffs fields or is she aloud to call references. Because she talks to people about what was said. Some director of nursing. Her staff call her a street person. J thinks of herself as a man. That is why looks at mens privates in envey. She sould also foss her teeth. There was also one dead resident that stayed in the same room for four days because the family did not make funural arrangement s. The social worker should have taken charge. No body did anything. The managers call the place orthodox. Oh ya, the lodge was sued three times and the Minastry has taken a half a million dollars of the homes funding. That is why there are away s fund raisers. For the three managers: M, J ans S. They only have their jobs because of family connection. M is there out of charity and you is only an rpn without a licence. If i fined something else out, i will use that against them too by posting it. Oh, ya, Joeanne does not understand any Yiddish or Hebrew. For Morag.The staff said that she is a street person. Like a beautiful hotel

Champlain LIN uses this agency and should be ashamed . As a nurse I have never experienced such apathy and disorganization . Elderly mother waiting until 10 pm to get her wound care done and not even knowing if nurse will show up . Decided to do it myself . What a wait if our tax dollars . Will complain but who knows what will happen .

Many of the residents require significantly more care than they are receiving. Ambulances come several times a week. Addiction treatment services are sorely needed for several of the people living here. - a concerned neighbor

Very happy I found this hidden gem as I had my wedding venue for 121 guests at the Marconi Centre and they out preformed my all expectations. The food and venue space was great. As well, the price was exceptionally good for the value of services received. I would highly recommend any wedding and corporate functions at this location.

My mother who had dementia stayed here and received wonderful care. This is a clean and attractive place and the staff are very caring. Free parking and friendly staff.
