Horrible , uncaring response from the receptionist as well as the custodial staff as I went to pick up my Fathers' belongings. One kind word, would have been nice, just one. Rather it seemed it was a bother . I'd give it a negative one, but no choice. Weeks before I also inquired about the dirty carpet, or shall I say filthy carpet with a different receptionist. She was very rude, and asked which carpet. I stated the carpet further down that main hall. She then went on to say where? I stated, past the dining hall, oh you mean the 2nd hallway, the only place in here that has carpet? She knew full well what I was talking about. I'd think twice before placing a loved one here!

The staff is friendly, helpful and patient. They really take excellent care of the residents. Has a warm, up lifting environment. My grandma always is talking about how much fun the activities are. I highly recommend.

Finding Retirement is a great local business and very important for our community in Ottawa! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and will assist you in finding what you need in regards to senior services, finding a retirement home, assisted living, etc. I would recommend this organization to anyone as a one stop shop to find what you need in retirement. It will definitely save you time and stress searching on your own because they have a very comprehensive database of every service and retirement home available in Ottawa.

I live in this neighbourhood and I don't believe this place exists in Bridlewood (Kanata)? Can someone clarify?

CBI -- Most nurses are great. Company culture lacks because of EXTREMELY POOR management and organization. Pay isn't great or at all competitive for what they are demanding from their nurses either. They like to cheap out a lot. I have a few names on my list if head office wants to reach out.

Great medical care here. They are clean and interact decently with the patients. My father's been there a month and so far the only downside is the food is cold.

Fantastic people who communicate really well, are consistent and extremely skilled, not to mention friendly. I really feel my father is in good hands when they're around and I can take time for myself to relax and recharge.
